I’ve tried a lot of laundry boosters over the years and this is one of the few that actually stands out. I’ve used Biz for a long time, but I wanted something without added fragrance or optical brighteners. This checks both boxes, and it’s been a noticeable upgrade. Clothes come out clean with no scent left behind, and I don’t have to worry about OBAs affecting darker fabrics. I also have pretty hard water (around 200 ppm, tested at 201), so getting things truly clean can be a challenge. This has handled it really well. Gym clothes, towels, and anything that tends to hold odor come out noticeably fresher. It’s not masking smells — it’s actually removing them. It’s also been solid on whites and sheets without being harsh, and it rinses clean with no residue. When I first bought it, it didn’t include DNase, so I was glad to see that added. That enzyme helps break down biological residue like skin cells and organic buildup, which makes a lot of sense for things like towels and workout clothes. The enzyme blend is really well thought out: * Protease for protein stains (sweat, body oils) * Amylase for starches (food) * Lipase for oils/grease * Cellulase for keeping fabrics looking clean * Pectinase for plant-based stains * Mannanase for residues from products like lotions * DNase for deeper biological buildup It dissolves well, works in different water temps, and fits easily into a normal routine. Overall, this is a really solid option if you want a strong, unscented booster without brighteners that actually improves cleaning performance.

Febu works like everyone else describes. Clothes feel a little cleaner. I keep my clothes overall pretty clean and work in healthcare. It definitely helps with vomit and blood stains. No fragrance added overall. It dissolves well without any residue. I don't have sensitive skin so I can't comment on that but I do recommend as an added boost.

This is not a sponsored review, I'm just a super happy customer. This stuff is a seriously amazing laundry booster to remove built up body oils from humans and dogs alike. I don't think my clothes and sheets have felt or smelled cleaner. I am kind of a laundry hobbyist, so this isn't my first additive or adjustment to my laundry process I've tried out. My method has been adding two scoops to each load along with my usual Tide Free & Clear liquid detergent. I set the washer to include a 30 minute soak. I add Downy Rinse & Refresh Unscented to the fabric softener tray. This is my recipe for success. I am not using it for stain removal, just for the most thorough cleaning I've ever experienced. Highly recommend.

This stuff has improved my laundry routine so much. It has the perfect combination of enzymes that boost any detergent's performance. Compared to other laundry boosters, I prefer it due to the fact that it is unscented and does not contain optical brighteners, which can dull the appearance of dark colors. The recent reformulation and addition of DNase makes it worth the price and current long wait for shipping. Hoping the shipping time will decrease as the current high demand subsides. The new bag is sturdier and still contains the handy wooden scoop. I can't think of any reason not to love this product!

I’m sold. This will be my first subscription on Amazon for real. It removed odor from my partner’s work shirts completely which had been impossible to do before. I tried it for the first time by soaking for only 1 hour in my top loader and the result was amazing. Even my washing machine is smelling better now, which again I have tried so long to remove the odor in vain. I can’t wait to wash everything I have with FEBU booster. Think over time, it will brighten everything as well. Thank you for making such a good product!

I love this stuff. The addition of dnase has really made this a perfect product. It’s so effective I almost never need to pretreat stains. We’ve got 2 young boys, so their clothes get dirty fast. This booster makes laundry so much easier.
