It IS a small unit, but my kitty will enjoy it until he gets too big (see pics). Easy to assemble. Contrary to complaints, the rods did fit, but need to be tapped firmly into place. I hot glued the one he kept pulling out. Good value.

    • Sturdy and compact
My kitties are obsessed with this cat tower. It has a compact foot print but is sturdy and does not tip or sway (even with my 2 13 lb cats on it at the same time) but I do keep a 5lb kettle bell on the bottom, just in case. They often nap inside the little cubby and chase each other up and down it. They don't use or have any interest in the scratching 'ramp' - I think it's the material of it that they don't like. Also, the toy sticks at the top don't stay in the post very well, 2 of the 3 can be pushed in fully at once, but there is always 1 that is loose and 'falls' - they don't fall all the way out but will hang parallel to the floor, instead of sticking up as shown in the photo. It doesn't impact the functionality but it does drive me a little crazy whenever I notice it. Overall, for the price I would buy this again. ... show more

My cat seems to really enjoy it. Wish it was a little more sturdy as I feel it won’t last that long, but this is my first cat tree to ever purchase so unsure how it compares to others. Pretty easy to assemble.

Hopefully my cat will use it more. I only occasionally see her go inside of the cubby area. She loves the extra balls it came with, she tossed those with her paws around on the floor. I have never seen her bat at the attached poles with the balls though. Pay attention when assembling to make sure you set your post up correctly.positioning is very important, especially when you are assembling the second level. Overall, solid product thus far. While it was super easy to put together and my cats love it, if you have kittens like mine who love to play and scratch the material is so thin they tore right through it in only 2 weeks. You can't beat this for the money! I didnt want to spend 100+ dollars on a cat tree if my cat wasnt going to show any interest. My kitten loves it! It's a little small but perfect for our cat. The removable toys on top are a nice addition.

I wasn't expecting much for $40. But after putting it together (which took maybe a half-hour) it turned out to be a pretty sturdy little cat tree. Of course, my cat ignored it and played with the boxes, but that doesn't mean I don't think it's a good value. If you have limited space and little money, this is perfect. Sits in a corner out of the way. I slathered it in catnip. She will eventually claim it as hers (especially after my rabbit climbs on it). They give you a few extra poofy balls too. ... show more
