Okay so a few helpful tips- #1 - Center fin - the large center fin does fit, you need to slide the wedge (black piece with holes in the way) OUT before you can slide the fin in. Use the little black pieces to lock the fins in place, they shouldn’t go anywhere. #2 - Filling. For the last couple really difficult minutes, remove the extra valve closure on the side (red or grey) this will make it much easier. All in all worth the money 100% ... show more

I bought 2 of these because the price point is fantastic even though we wanted a hard board. They came on time and were fantastic! The Biscayne Bay had a very low chop and, being 6’ tall, I had to paddle on my knees since the stability is a slight issue. When the water was calmer and flat, stand up was no issue. Sturdy, comfy on the knees and bare feet, the bag holds everything well, and the straps are quality. You CANNOT beat this! Pull the trigger and buy one... or 2! ... show more

The board is good but the paddle sank... distributor stated they are working with another company to fix that issue... Was told the attached rope is to attach to the paddle but I am pretty sure it is used to keep the board from getting too far away when you fall off ... fix the sinking paddle problem and a good buy. Off to BestBuy for a paddle! ... show more

Bought it for the wife. She loves it! Easy to assemble and blow up. 65 pumps, up and down is one pump as this pump blows air on the up and down stroke. All of it fits nicely into the included bag. Definitely worth the money. Awesome product for first time paddle boarder!

A great choice! I’ve taken it out twice so far to lakes. As sturdy as my friend’s ROC board. Easy for me (active 27yo woman) to inflate to 10psi; takes 5 or 6 minutes. Max psi is 15, but sturdy enough at 10psi for one standing adult or two seated adults (under combined 280 weight). I love the colors and the board feels well-made, I’m very happy with my choice. ... show more

I’m an experienced SUP rider and loved this board but I’ll jump right too it and then add positive feedback. I snapped the cheap metal paddle in half and was stranded 2 miles out. Literally ripped the hollow metal in half. The pump (after about 30 uses) started leaking a lot of air on the upstroke and is getting worse each time I take it out. The carrying bag handle strap slightly ripped while unboxing and I can predict it will worsen over time. I’m now noticing small random bubbles protruding on the vinyl appearing around the sides as I now worry they will eventually grow bigger and pop. I am returning this product and trying to decide if I should get a replacement or a refund and go for a different brand. I was eventually going to buy an electrical pump (which would be ideal) but bummed the hand pump was falling apart as this is great to have as a backup if I were to buy an electric pump. Now for the positive: This is a great beginner board and I’ve taken it out 30+ times and was paddling an average 7* miles every adventure. I was very stoked on this purchase as I sold my big SUP for this portable inflatable. It’s light and very portable which allowed me to venture new spots. The paddle felt flimsy and I was increasing my paddle stroke to hit 16 minute miles so I was paddling quick. I mention this because if you’re not paddling like a beast and just peacefully strolling the waters, I’m sure the paddle might have held up better. I had recommended this board to everyone I talked to about SUP as SUP’ing became very addicting and a great solo social distancing exercise. I am very hesitant to recommend this package for the user that will use it a lot. ... show more

I want so badly to love these paddleboards, but we bought 2, and BOTH are giving us the same problems so I can only assume they are all this way. The Air valves are messed up so air leaks constantly, the paddles are made of 2 parts and CONSTANTLY fall apart in the middle of a paddleboard ride. Also one of the plastic tubes that attaches to the air pump was cracked upon arrival, so it does not work. Also, NEITHER valve on the air pumps worked from the beginning, so I have no idea how much psi I’m at when blowing up the paddleboards. I have used several different paddleboards over the years and these are challenging to stand up on. I wish I could return these but I didn’t use them for the first time until months after my purchase and now my return window has expired. Very disappointed. ... show more
