How to Properly Drain & Dry Your Inflatable Castle? 1: Deflate & Shake-Completely deflate the castle. 2: Re-inflate & Tilt (45°)-Re-inflate and tilt the castle to a 45-degree angle on a flat surface. 3: Place dry towels inside to soak up remaining moisture. 4: Keep Blower Running & Sun-Dry Why do there appear a few bubbles and water at the seams of the product after adding water? Minor bubbling is normal with Oxford cloth and helps balance pressure to prevent over-inflation damage. If bubbles appear, gently press along the seams to help the material absorb water, which improves sealing and reduces air leakage.

Setting this inflatable water slide up definitely takes a little space, but once everything was inflated it became the center of attention almost immediately. The blower filled it faster than I expected, and the whole setup felt sturdy once anchored down. The double slides kept kids from arguing over whose turn was next, which was honestly one of the biggest wins. The splash pool at the bottom gave everyone a place to cool off between trips down the slide. Drying and packing it away takes a bit of patience, but that is pretty normal for larger inflatables like this. The included accessories were nice to have instead of needing to hunt down extra pieces before using it. Watching everyone laugh and wear themselves out made the cleanup feel worthwhile. ... show more

    • Sewing failure where the slide meets the pool
It arrived damaged which I was only able to tell once the water had filled the little pool. Then Huge bubbles started coming from the sewing where the slide meets the pool. and now I can’t take it down because it the water has filled the huge blowup area under the waterslide. What am I supposed to do?? ... show more

This inflatable water slide has been an absolute hit! Both the kids and adults have had a blast using it, and it’s surprisingly sturdy once it’s fully inflated. The slide is fast, fun, and perfect for cooling off on hot days. My only complaint is that it does water while in use all around the seams. It isn’t enough to ruin the fun, but you will notice water escaping from areas that could be sealed a lot better. Other than that minor flaw, it performs well and has provided hours of entertainment. Overall, it’s a great purchase if you’re looking for a fun backyard activity, just be prepared for extra water around the base. For some reason Amazon won’t let me up load my video of it actively leaking but I screen shot some photos and attached it. ... show more

    • Quality Slide with carry case
Good thick bounce house material, which makes it super easy to clean and fold up. Super thankful for the bag most waterslides and bounce houses do not include a carry case. Really wish they would include better stakes though these ones break way to easy
