I’m 26 years old, and being that this product is mainly marketed to children/teens I was nervous about how well it could work for me. I’ve been pleasantly surprised! I see no signs of wear and tear after a month of use roughly every other day. I’m 110 pounds and the airtrack is able to provide me with both bounce and support. Within two weeks of practicing on the airtrack, I did my first backhand spring in 5 years! If you are 100-120 pounds you may notice some lack of support when standing on either end of the mat if you have it somewhat deflated for more bounce, but if the mat is at/close to full capacity there is absolutely no lack of support and no folding/flopping around when you tumble. ... show more
