The media could not be loaded. Came with holes all over. 2 big holes turned to a giant one. Frontal and bundles arent the same , bundles synthetic doesnāt curl and very nappy at the ends off one day! frontal was better quality the lace they melt. bundles wasnāt completely sewn in so we were hanging off of cap and thread all over cap. honestly if the hair quality was great i wouldnt request a refund regardless of the holes.

I absolutely LOVE this balayage lace frontal wig! The colors are stunning. The lace is undetectable and lays flat for a flawless hairline, making it easy to style in different ways. My stylist said this hair is real human hair and itās soft, silky. It doesnāt tangle easily and so comfortable to wear all day. The density is perfectānot too thick, not too thin. This is my first ever wig from Amazon. I was iffy due to how cheap it was knowing how high wigs are but itās great quality! The only thing is it tangles a little & sheds (a little) with every brush like human hair. The thickness gives thick silk pressed hair if that makes sense (itās not thick but not super thin, if you curl it which is the way Iāve been wearing it due to getting layers cut it definitely gives more volume). The bleaching ability was great according to my stylist.
