Advise to choosing a helmet is to know whether you are round or oval shaped head. It will fit you well knowing your shape. After reading some reviews stating this is a round shaped helmet, I chose this and it fits me well without any headaches. It is relatively light and you can remove the padding to loosen the fit. In fact the large size was tight with padding, and without it is was very roomy. This was my first time buying a motorcycle helmet and iI wasn't sure on size or features. I measured my head and got the extra large which was a perfect fit. The helmet is very comfortable and the closable air vents are a plus. I highly recommend this helmet and seller as the size chart was spot on!
