My son (8) loves this little hand held. I love that it's not a screen. I don't love how loud it is even when "turned down". We put bandaids over the holes where the sound comes out and it muffled the noise just right so he can still use on road trips.

Four game modes but I've only been using three. The volume control starts loud and it gets even louder, so I just play with the sound off. Comfortable to use and toggling through multiple colors is great. Glad that it came with batteries and a little screwdriver!
