Loved this shelf... it was exactly what I was looking for! It did take a long time to put it together but it was worth it. I kitty cornered it... And it looked amazing!!! It holds so much stuff! I love the tiny wood pieces that go down. This is perfect for a small, tiny room!

Came wrapped in cellophane, part of box was missing. UPS noted it arrived to their facility this way.

The box they put this in is not strong enough for the weight of the item. Also, the packing materials are not at all secure enough. Many pieces had scratches and there was significant damage to the corner of one of the pieces. We had to use a flat head screwdriver to create a new groove as the back piece didn’t want to slide in the to damage. The stickers they use are also terrible. They are difficult to get off and even if you are careful removing, they leave a film you will need to use cleaner to remove. See photos. Also, I don’t like how how you can see the pieces that hold the shelves up. They use a shinny silver color for them, so it really stands out against the black. Makes it look cheap. Overall, very disappointed for what we paid. It seems they do not take any care with shipping or simple adaptations that would make the user experience better. We decided to keep, but shall not be purchasing with this company again. ... show more
