Mister Kitty likes this food a lot. He gets one or two meals from each container. The foil top is sealed very tightly to prevent leaks and keep it fresh, but they are a bit hard to open.

These little tubs are my a favorite of my cat. They’re always fresh. My only complaint is the same as since they first started making them…I wish they would redesign the packaging. Very hard to open with my arthritic hands.

We were adopted by a 3 week old kitten around October, and with only Sr cats in our house, we needed to keep her separate during eating time, etc. Since she was eating only kitten food and kitten milk formula, until she got bigger. It's now June and she is always hungry and though she is still on formula, she also eats the bigger cats food when she sneaks into their area. We decided that she needed to have food down in the kitchen not just the cat room , so we started her on these smaller portions for in between food times when she is down stairs. She likes them and although they do not replace her Taste of the Wild foods (which all our cats are on) it is the right size for her nibble time. Her Vet says that she is healthy and responding well to her diet. So we are pleased with the variety and portion size. ... show more

Seamus is our 10 year old Ragdoll we've had since he was a wee kitten. He has always had loose stools on wet food and some dry food brands as well. With him having long, white bloomers, it was a nightmare for him AND us! We feed him Orijen dry food and he has no problems at all...good, formed stools. We wanted to integrate wet food in his daily routine to keep him well hydrated. Male cats can be prone to urinary tract issues...it can be deadly. After throwing away lots of half eaten canned food...and our money...we found this. He loves it...no poop problems...happy household! He gets this wet food twice a day with his (measured portion) Orijen dry food left out to graze on. He is a healthy 14 lbs...active and content. He finishes all of this wet food...no money wasted. It may not be a "top of the line" cat food, but his dry food is, so it's a compromise. Yes, opening the containers is a pain...but they ARE sealed tight for a reason. I'm sure the folks complaining about how hard they are to open would be more frustrated on spoiled food and/or leaked product. Get over it. The extra 10 seconds or so it requires to open the sealed container is well worth it for fresh food for our fur babies. ... show more

A perfect solution for picky cats who dont finish a small can of Fancy Feast. I have one cat who doesnt like the same food as the others and I end up wasting a lot of food each day. She does eat one side of these small portion cups, problem solved! Thanks for a great product. Birdie loves them!

My guy was a rescue from the streets and I’m sure ate anything that came his way. Well, this all changed after I adopted him and fed him this, it’s all he eats. He gets one morning, then night, and he always finishes it. It’s a good value too.

This product is perfect for a small to medium Cat. I give my cat one side in the morning and one side in the evening. She gets dry food during the day. She loves to graze. Her favorite flavor is the Chicken in gravy. I also buy the Turkey in Gravy and the Beef in gravy. I have one suggestion. I would like to see more product in a 12 or 24 count box with poultry and beef. All I can ever find is Seafood in the boxes. ... show more

I can not honestly give this item a 5 of 5 star rating. I cat sat for a friend and their kitty loved this option from Purina without any adverse affects. All of Purina options is legitimately poor quality food with by-products, plenty of inappropriate fillers and various gums. Fancy Feast is cheap for a reason. When attempting to get a cat off dry food Purina is an option to start however not the best. This cat didn't always eat this wet food. Now fast forward to my own kitty recently adopted. I noted since trying all sorts of foods with her, including this and other Fancy Feast options she's sensitive to gums. All of Fancy Feast products produced poor quality bowl movements, increased smelly bowels and caused her to have some serious gas. I've sense switched her wet foods to no gums and options that only list agar gum. All other gums will cause digestive problems. Since the change, she's not in the litter box any where near as frequently, no more gas and her coat has improved in quality as she's getting better nutrition. Purina brand is basically crack for a cat. It's highly scented for both cat and human. It's also colored for us, human owners as salmon honestly shouldn't be brown in any form coming out the packaging. It's also covered in gravy which again is colored and flavored. Pet foods shouldn't be appealing in any form to humans but of course manufactures take our needs into consideration when creating foods for pets. It's a good option when on a budget but if you want your cat to live their best lives with you, skipping their products is in their best interest. ... show more
