This is an honest review of this product. When I got this I immediately tried it on. This is not your usual expensive high end high cost buds. I have a galaxy bud that I use and can compare with. To use you need to turn both the buds on and after use you have to turn it off. This is not the type that will turn off once you have placed them in the chatging case. The charging case is a wired case meaning it will not charge using a charging pad. Now that its out of the way lets go to what thie buds is. To control the buds you have to press the button on either the left or right earbuds. Each has its own function. You can use one or both earbuds. These pairs easily to your phone. Im using an android based phone. Started listening to my playlist from light and easy tunes, to jazz to rock and current pop music. As I went thru the different genre I was blown away with the sound of the buds. This blocks outside noise even when the volume is 25%. You can clearly hear the high pitches nice and clear. The mids as well. The clincher are the base. The boom is crisp and loud. On all the ranges of the sound even when all are range are present in the song there is no distortion and everythng is clear. The biggest surprise is the surround sound feeling you get using the buds. You get lost in your music because its so immersive. The audio is better that the other buds I have had the chance to use. This might not have the bells and whistles of high cost high end buds but for the price this delivers what is expected of the product. The media could not be loaded. I recently found out I have been putting them wrong, even then they did not fall. But a friend thought me that after you insert them in your ear, you give a little twist and they stay secured. I thought of adding that here because some of you might have the same doubt. Also, In my experience, I like this design better than the ones that are longer sticking out of your ears. These ones never fall down while I am working out or running. ... show more

Initially I was pretty impressed by these wireless earbuds. The sound was decent, the ear caps included are a good size, and they charged really quickly. After 4 months they no longer charge at all. These were my first pair of wireless earbuds so I'm not sure if this is typical, but I really expected to be able to use them for at least a year before needing to replace them. ... show more

I opted to be a product tester for this product after conversing with the parent company, whose customer service and product impressed me in the past. I received the product within two days, per Prime Shipping speeds. Overall, this seems to be a well-made product, great sound and fit, excellent customer service, and all at a competitive price point for their offering. Pros: -Pairs quickly, and easily. Just like pairing with any other bluetooth device on your phone. You have to authorize your phone to connect to it the first time, and then it connects automatically. -Earphones automatically pair to your phone as soon as you take them out of the charging case on subsequent uses. -You can use one or both headphones, which is excellent for Bluetooth phone calls. -I was very impressed by the bass and sound quality. These are my first wireless earbuds, so I don't have comparable products to compare to them, but they sounded a lot better and more well-rounded from my plain Panasonic wired earbuds. -They give you multiple of the rubber earbud sizes so you get the fit you need. -Noise cancelling was more than I expected for earbuds. When you have both earbuds in with music playing, ambient sound is definitely drowned out. I think this is probably because of the snug fit of the earbuds, and the exterior part also helping block the ear canal. -I haven't personally tested the limits of the charge or waterproofing capabilities, but the fact that it is rated for 5 hours of playtime is on the upper end for earbuds. Same thing with the IP68 rating, which means running it in the rain or dropping it in the water shouldn't be a problem. This is very good for a $40 product. -Comes with a 1 year warranty. -I like the fact there's no logo on the side of the earbuds, like with some brands. -Mic quality for phone calls appears to be great. When I called a friend to try them out, they said they could hear me clearly, didn't hear the background noise of the TV, and couldn't tell I was using earbuds. -At $40, the price point seems in line with other comparable products (battery life, IP rating, and 4.5 or above user reviews). -Very responsive customer service. This is pretty big one, since you can feel assured they'd work with you if you got a damaged or defective product. Cons: -The lack of USB-C charging, which charges faster that micro-USB. Pro or Con, depending on preference: -The earbuds use buttons instead of tapping for functionality (like pause/play, picking up calls, etc). I think this comes down to personal preference, and I'd have to compare with another product to find out which one I like more. On the one hand, pressing the button requires a little more precision, but on the other hand, tapping can hurt your ears (like reviews of other tap earbuds have sometimes mentioned). I'll update this if/when I'm able to compare. All in all, appears to be a great product so far, and the fact that they have such great customer service is also a big plus for me. ... show more

I love these earbuds. They are comfortable, convenient, and the sound quality is great. I bought an older model of these a year ago and decided to get another one for the office. They are great for podcasts, music, phone calls, and I even use them for virtual meetings. The big-name competitors will set you back well over $150+. These go head-to-head with those competitors and cost a fraction of the price. You can buy your whole family a pair of these and still pay less than a single pair of the big-name ones. They connect seamlessly to my MacBook or my iPhone. Just open the door up and put it in your ear. The battery life is great also. ... show more
