These help up nicely when washed. Has a nice deep reach to cover mattress with an attractive edge on fitted sheet. It is not blue at all... more of a mint green. Disappointed in that, but I needed them for company so did not return. Top edge of top sheet does not have a "fold", the sheet edging is the same all around. First--I LOVE the wild pink peonies. I've wanted a set of flowered "granny" sheets for a while and these fit the bill. They advertised as 1000 Thread Count but feel more like a scratchy 300 thread count. Definitely cotton, but not soft. I washed them a couple of times, not yet soft. The sheets are beautiful and well made. I overdried them the first washing, ten minutes on the second try. I’m going to try fabric softener next time. The sheets are really well made. I would get them again, just need to figure out their care requirements
