The sheets are absolutely beautiful and seemingly very well made. They have a nice heft to them and no loose threads. The piping around the pillow cases give it them a rich look. The set is a perfect match to the quilt I had previously purchased. Finding these matching sheets was a bonus! The colors were just as bright and vivid after washing and drying as when I unpackaged them. Amazon’s photo depicts the colors exactly. What you see is what you get. They aren’t the softest sheets but they are soft enough and not at all scratchy. Wrinkles were minimal. They’re a fair price considering the quality and exquisite design. They make me happy! Firstly, if you don’t like wrinkled sheets, these are Not for you. They come out of the dryer really wrinkled, but I think they “might” be better if you grabbed them the minute the dryer stopped. I don’t care enough to monitor it. The print is quite lovely and the fabric is very soft and smooth. It is thinner than most sheet material imo. (That’s the trade off - immediate softness vs soft after 20 washes). I’m not expecting these sheets to hold up as well bc of the thinness, but only time will tell. The pillow cases are more like shams, with an opening in the back and piping all around. No zipper. The bottom sheet is also piped around the top edge of the mattress - a really nice touch! All in all, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and if they hold up I’ll be back for more.

I ordered the teal set and was pleased to see the deep teal I saw in the pictures. It did not fade after the first wash (cold water, tumble dried low) and the sheets were minimally wrinkled. I had forgotten that these sheets had been described as having the elastic running all the way around the bottom sheet which I like but it took two people to put it on. I like the piping detail on the bottom sheet but I prefer bottom sheets without that. The pillowcases had that same piping detail and they look sharp. Where I was completely disappointed was the top sheet. It is not a solid piece but rather three pieces sewn together, with the two skinnier strips creating the extra width on the side of the top sheet. However, the length is just not enough to tuck under. You have to sacrifice either tucking under or having the sheet come all the way up as with other sets. As a matter of fact, my husband and I came back to the Amazon description to make sure this was a sheet set and not a duvet, sham and bedskirt set. Both the packaging and the online description sold this as a California sheet set. It looks great on the bed and while it’s not the softest cotton we have slept on, it’s definitely high weave cotton. We did not seem to have the same concerns as a lot of the lower ranked reviews, but the top sheet definitely leaves a lot to be desired. There was a lost opportunity to make a gorgeous top sheet and they completely missed out on it. I would recommend watching for sales on some better-known name brand sheets. While I’m happy I have this pretty set to mix and match, I’m going to try to figure out how to make that top sheet a bit more functional. I do know I will probably not be a repeat customer.
