Absolutely love the feel, quality, and appearance of this bag. As a teacher with a love for bags, this is my favorite buy in at least 10 years!! I love the shoulder strap, love the size, love that it stands on its own and doesn’t crumple over. This backpack is roomy and I like how the straps are long and adjustable so I can wear it with coats. My water bottle fits in one side pocket and my phone in the other. The colorful straps make it a fun bag. The one issue I had was the top zipper was not opening no matter what, upon arrival. I was going to return it but I remembered my grandma using candle wax (dry, unmelted) to “grease” a metal zipper back in the 80s, so I broke a little dried drip of wax off one of my MIL’s candles and ran it along the zipper, then gently worked the zipper pull until it finally opened. Then I added more wax and went back and forth a little with the pull to work it in, and now it works like new; This will not solve an issue like a broken zipper tooth, but luckily that wasn’t the issue.
