This is a great mirror. Great shape, perfect size, attractive design, and a really bright light! 20% magnification is a LOT, though, y’all. I saw microscopic flaws in my skin that one can never unsee. I sat down to do my eyeliner and spent the next hour in horror plucking and picking one square inch of my face at a time. Might be a little too much magnification for daily use? I planned to exchange it, but I haven’t taken it down because I keep finding more things to pluck every time I look into it…. (( decisions, decisions ))

I was really looking forward to this and upon receipt. My overall impression was pretty good. The lighting is adjustable, can be powered with USB or batteries. And the magnification is great (even if a little startling, lol). But I am having trouble getting used to the concave mirror. You really have to really close to the mirror to avoid any distortion and it’s a little too close for what I need to do. Even hands-free my hands get in the way or I back up and then the image is a little distorted. The end result is that without my glasses, which is why I have the magnifying mirror, it makes my eyes tired. So I am returning it and will look for a more traditional magnification mirror.

I've been looking for a higher magnification mirror with a light. I really like this one. (Incidentally, I don't use the suction cup, so I can't comment on that.). I love the fact that it can be used with a plug or with batteries. Heads up, tho: I charged it, put it in a draw, and when I went to go back to use it, it had completely lost it's charge. So, I put batteries in it, and it works just find with the batteries. The button to turn the light on is very sensitive to touch, so it is very easy to use. This does NOT have different temperatures of light (cool, warm, daylight....that sort of thing). It's just one setting. It's VERY bright, and does the trick.

I was super excited to receive my product and promptly charged it up, packed it in my suitcase and headed out on my trip. When I got to the hotel and needed to use the product, I stuck it to the mirror with no problem. I adjusted the gooseneck with no problem. I pushed the power button for the light but there was a problem. The light did not go on. I thought maybe I hadn’t charged it long enough, so I charged it overnight. Next day, I suctioned it to the mirror with no problem, adjusted the gooseneck with no problem and hit the power button only to have the same problem. Apparently, this light does not charge. It has a battery compartment in it but I didn’t bring batteries. I am concerned the mirror would be too heavy for the gooseneck with three AA sized batteries in it. I have not tested this out so I’m only speculating. I don’t know if the description of the product said the light was not chargeable and I only assumed it was because it’s 2024 and it should?? I didn’t read the description. I am not returning this mirror because the suction cup and gooseneck and magnifying power are great. Even without the light, it was functionable. I will try it with the batteries on my next trip and keep my fingers crossed for better results. Reduced by three stars because the light does not charge and it should.

I think this is a great mirror for home and travel! I was looking for something that was big enough for me to see both of my eyes for make up. I have to wear glasses to see everything including close up to do my eyeliner. So its hard to put eyeliner on with glasses! This mirror has helped me soo much. I liked it so much I bought another one to put in my suitcase for when I’m away from home! Thank you for having a product at a reasonable price that actually works for us blind ladies! I also like that this specific one has both battery and a usb cable to function the light.
