Professional delivery.. i purchased and then decided to cancel the order.. it was too late... i would need to return once i got. Well, it sat in my garage for a week or so. Figure i better take a look to make sure no damages... well,next thing I know, i built a frame, hubby and I hung.. easy to install.. the bracket really help and was key to installing. The glue was great.. dried really fast.. 1st try of installing. We were off an inch.. made the slide too tight.. had to quick remove the glue was setting up already.. so happy to know that.. once installed she would be glued.. once installed what a beauty.. she's not going anywhere.. very secure install. I RESEARCHED.. Mirrors this size with framing started at 1,000.00 which was way way over my budget... sooo happy i kept this mirror. 🥰 ... show more

JUST AWEFUL PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THIRD PARTY AMAZON VENDOR

Beware, third party vendor returns are very difficult when orders are 70 pounds and 4x5 feet in dimension and limited to USPS mail; after sending 10 pictures and 1 video of damaged mirrors, the company has had multiple excuses; first excuse-our supervisor will call you and replace the mirrors and never did, second excuse-we have no more inventory to send you, sorry; third excuse-please send us the pictures again (even though they were sent twice (on amazon and to vendor cell phone); after 3 excuses I gave up and had better things to spend my time on; the mirrors were used (not new) they have grey spots embedded in mirror (looks very old), multiple scratches that cannot be removed; one mirror brackets were bent and both had shipping tape that melted into the brackets that required a bottle of glue off to remove; TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE COMPANY ... show more

Perfect Mirror for Home Gym—Great Value!
I purchased this mirror on Amazon, and I’m extremely satisfied with it. The mirror measures 47.5 x 31.5 inches and is rectangular in shape, which is quite standard, but the value for money is exceptional. I haven’t seen a mirror of this quality at such a low price elsewhere. It has been a tremendous help in setting up my home gym. First one damaged, replacement is perfect

I had to take one star away because this mirror arrived damaged on my first order. The entire mirror was shattered on the bottom half, and the top half had a spiderweb crack. Amazon offered to refund or exchange the item and I opted for the exchange. The carrier picked up the damaged mirror when my new mirror was delivered and did a 1-for-1 swap, which was nice, because this item is extremely heavy and would have been a very expensive pain in the behind to ship back myself. The second mirror arrived in pristine condition and looks beautiful in my home gym. Be sure to measure the space you have before ordering, this mirror is in fact over 6 feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds on its own without the packaging. 48" x 72" is 100% accurate. It also came with the installation kit and instructions, which the damaged one did not have. Very satisfied with the replacement. ... show more

Great product for my home gym.

I received two of these last week and hung them with the help of another person. Each one is pretty heavy, so it is really best to have a second person. The packing was really good. Even though I could see two places where forklift forks had penetrated the cardboard, both mirrors were intact with no issues. I saw on another review where someone complained about the amount of glue supplied. I'm not a mirror expert, but I think the glue is intended to keep the unit from falling away from the wall (which the provided hardware already takes care of anyway) and not to hold the weight of the unit to the wall. I barely used part of the tube that came with one of the mirrors for both mirrors. The amount of glue provided is more than needed. I hung two of these side by side with the length running from top to bottom. I had to cut one of the brackets to extend the first one to 8 feet. I think if I had to do it over again I would have taken a bit more time to ensure the extended piece was perfectly aligned with the first one. Maybe it would have been better to cut down both brackets to 4 foot lengths and put them side-by-side. Anyhow, the mirrors look great in my new home gym! ... show more

blemished mirrors
Every mirror, (4 of them), I received had micro scratches and/or blemishes. I am pretty disappointed in the product.

Good quality mirrors, but installation challenges

Ordered three of the 48" x 72" for a home gym project. Received them in three separate deliveries over the course of 8 days, each for which I had to be home in a 4 hour window. They are thick, heavy mirrors with good visual clarity, however there is no 1" bevel on this mirror as shown in the photo and stated by the seller in an answer to questions about the bevel. Also, the installation hardware and installation instructions are not great, so you need to be ready for a few challenges. First, the mirrors are not quite 48" wide however, so if you are hanging multiple of these together, make sure to get an accurate measurement of yours and cut the j-bar to length before installing. Level installation of multiple j-bars is critical, so I would suggest a six foot level to install the first j-bar, then install the additional j-bars as you go, leveling them with the first installation with the mirror sitting in it. The mirrors rest on a foam strip in the j-bar, so you can play with that a little (stretching, doubling up, etc.) to account for lack of level. However, I found that I had to put the first mirror in, square it up, then adjust the jbar on the wall to get the second mirror in square, etc. in order to eliminate the gaps between the mirrors while ensuring the butt ends of the mirrors were taking NO WEIGHT between them in the installation, otherwise they might crack over time. This probably goes without saying to any experienced (or non-lazy) do-it-yourselfer, but don't use the supplied wall anchors and screws - they are crap! The wall anchors would just spin in the wall and never let you draw the mounting screw in tight enough to clear the mirror in the jbar. I put a few quality drywall anchors in, mostly on the ends, but because I was having to re-level the j-bars as I went, I found drilling my own mounting holes and using screws into studs was the most flexible installation method. If you try to drive the supplied screws into studs, however, they will just shear off, even at low speeds, so they're pretty much useless as well. I used 3 inch drywall screws which countersank themselves into the drilled mounting holes nicely. The safety backing is loosely applied and peels off rather easily, so you can only use adhesive in the four square points where no safety backing exists. However, this does not allow the mirror to adhere flatly to the wall, and your mirrors may have a slight bow. If you have multiple of these in a row, that means a visual deformation as your reflection moves from one mirror to the next (see the attached photo). Overall, I wish I had bought mirrors without the safety backing and with a bevel - they would have been cheaper, I could have properly glued them to the wall, and it would have provided a smoother visual break between mirrors. ... show more
