I've decided to write up a quick review for people wanting to know how this cover lasts after a few years. We've had our cover for 2 1/2 years now, and it finally ripped during a recent storm. Before that it had held up fine, surviving two Chicago winters. When it finally ripped, I went back to look at the original listing and remembered the 3 year warranty. I contacted the company, sent them a picture of the damage, and they replaced it within a week with a brand new cover. It's really easy to take on and off and protected my furniture but the material started to come apart at the lightest touch. Had purchased this 1.5 years ago and it lasted through 1 windy winter before it started tearing apart at the corners and at the leg straps. I tried duct taping the linear tears that were 10 inches long and that worked until the summer when the heat caused the adhesive tape to weaken and fail. I emailed F&J outdoors and to my delight, someone replied and offered to replace the furniture cover that was still under a 2 year warranty.
