I would leave a 5 star for the helmet itself as for the price these are absolutely amazingly beautiful and shall I add comfortable “BUT” I am completely upset with customer support at crown racing - 3 times they sent me my order wrong for this helmet and now I got the correct size I didn’t receive my tinted visor - I just got the clear one that’s in the helmet - I have left seller feedback and no answers - I can again do a return but now the helmet is almost 20 dollars more - All I asked was to just ship me a tinted visor and I doubt that will happen being they won’t even respond back - Sorry Crown Racing but it would have only took what I paid for and that’s a tinted visor - i know the helmet has a drop down tinted visor but i also paid for a helmet that was to come with a clear and tinted flip up along with the drop down - - The first Helmet was wrong size and the second helmet I sent back was missing the tinted visor and now this is my third helmet and it is missing the tinted visor - When or if I ever get my tinted visor I will update my star review as like I said I Love the Helmet just don’t like the way of customer satisfaction of being on my third helmet and still the order isn’t correct and what makes me the most upset is no support helping with the issue- Im not going to do another return and keep waiting as my skull is more important than your visor and getting killed waiting for you to get my order finally correct just isn’t worth it - Thank You I guess ... show more

Love the purple visor and trim. My only complaints are that the chin strap doesn’t have a fastener to keep the excess strap from whipping your chin as you ride so you have to loop it around a couple times and the nose guard is very cheap and flimsy.
