First off this is not a sweatshirt in any kind of way. It's mostly like a stretchy waffle knit top. I purchased a 4 I think (I wear a 16/18 or 2X normally) for it to be a larger oversized top. It fits just a little large only so I believe it runs about 1 size larger. DEFINITELY a top for a bra because it is unforgiving and is sort of clingy. I do think it's over prices by quite a bit as well. This is a $12 top max.

I’m very pleased with this tunic. The medium weight fabric has a nice ribbed quality. Not like a sweatshirt, a step up. It’s kind of rough but feels nice on my skin. The blue-greyish color is perfect me. The sizing is true and fit/drape works well for me. The crew neck on mine is less open than the one pictured with the product – the one thing that is a very small down side in my size. One design element I like a lot are the two vents on the side but a bit toward the front. Right where my jeans pockets are. The let me get into them without pushing up the hem of the tunic; a touch I wish more long tops would have. There are also similar “vents” at the end of the sleeves which I also like a great deal. Some context for my comments might be helpful. I’m a nearly 6ft (let’s just say) big boned gal in her 60’s with the dreaded apple body shape. Compared to most women with the pear body shape it’s pretty challenging to find clothes that fit well and look nice and complementary. The seams and construction appear to be well done. The fabric is appropriate for cool weather. Nowhere near as what I expect in a sweatshirt. Again I think of this more as a crew neck tunic. Nice for an (as of this review) affordable price point. The length is perfect for this large & tall gal. Sleeves and body. I just hope there is no shrinkage with washing. Given it’s the middle of a hot summer I’ve not been wearing this other than to try it out and check it out. I’m looking forward to wearing this a lot in the fall. This top is a great find and I think a fashion win for this hard to fit gal. It’s comfortable, fits, drapes and looks nice. It’s a perfect color for me. I’m very pleased with this top and I’m giving it 5 solid stars. Hope this is helpful!

So, when I chose this shirt I expected a sweatshirt. I saw that is is made of 100% polyester, but it seems everything is made of polyester anymore, so I assumed it would be more "sweatshirt like" even though I knew it didn't have an cotton content to the fabric. I HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE __This shirt is heavy and thick. It is scratchy. Made of a sort of ribbed fabric. I don't even now how to describe it by comparing it to something else, but it is like no other sweatshirt I have ever seen __The color I chose is Red, which is close to a maroon color and I do like the color which will be great for Fall __A true plus size and I chose a 3X which correlates to a US size 22-24. It does fit as expected __I like the slits at either side at the hem, because they add a bit of fun to the design. There are also slits at the cuffs which is helpful in case the Wearer needs to shorten the sleeve length by turning up the cuff. These slits also allow pulling the sleeves down over the hands in case you're wearing this is cooler weather and need to warm the hands __BOTTOM LINE: Although the overall look of this shirt is great, I cannot use it because of the scratchiness of the fabric and would not choose it again

Got this for the wife as an addition to her winter wardrobe, and she also thought that perhaps she'd be able to wear it to work as well. Pros: Item arrived well packaged with no obvious stains or tears. She ordered the pink in her normal size. She would describe it as a true pink, and perhaps a shade deeper than a baby pink. She would say it runs true-to-size, perhaps slightly on the larger side. That being said, she feels that if she had sized down, it may be tighter than she'd like. She loves the high-low hem, and the slits at the side, as my wife carries her weight at her hips and she appreciates this feature in a garment. It appears well made, and the material is a nice weight. She would describe the style as slightly dressier than a sweatshirt - but not quite a sweater. It has a slight texture to it on the body of the sweater, soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. While she won't be able to wear this to work as the thought she might, it's good quality, and she will get a lot of wear from it on the weekends or on a casual day at work. Cons: None for this item. Overall, my wife is happy with this item and would highly recommend.

This top fits true to size with an oversized slouchy fit. The back hangs lower than the front does. Cuffs at the bottom and end of sleeves are thick which makes it look more expensive I think. There are slits in the sleeve cuffs that make it easy to fold over or if you leave it open the slit area hangs nicely over your thumb as the sleeves are oversized in length as well. There are slits on either side at the bottom which helps it hang nicely without making a sloppy bag like appearance. Definitely a nice style touch. The material has a ribbed texture to it and is polyester not cotton so it really looks and feels more like a sweater than a sweatshirt. However, it has the design of an oversized sweatshirt so it is a mixed style I would say. It is stretchy, not soft but not scratchy, definitely not lightweight, it feels kinda heavy to hold but not heavy when on. It actually is very nice, an upscale look from a sweatshirt but still with that oversized style that I was looking for. This makes it even more versatile as you can dress up or dress down with it. Looks great with leggings and jeans, can wear in weather that is mid 60's and cooler ideally.

First of all, this is more of a sweater or knit top than it is a sweatshirt. However, it is still very comfortable lounge wear. The overall look is more on the masculine side. It is weighty and has a good stretch. It would pair nicely with some leggings and Uggs for a causal day during the fall or winter. Mine arrived damaged. It has a hole in the front side seam. It should be easy enough to fix, but I had to deduct a star for this reason.
