Description

This XXXL protective 32" hard case is great for storing cameras, electronics, tools, and equipment. This roller transport case is is IP67 waterproof, dust proof and shockproof. The hard case includes five layers of foam; 1egg-crate top liner layer, 1 pull & pluck customizable layer, 2 solid layers and 1 bottom pad layer. With a deep storage area of Outer: 31.65" x 19.37" x 17.81" Inner: 28.8" x 17.0" x 15.08" this case can store equipment on multiple layers. An innovative pressure equalization valve allows the case to quickly equalize to different air pressures when traveling from different altitudes. A rubber gasket lines the rim of the case, when latched closed creates a waterproof seal. Two padlock hasps allow this case to be secured with padlocks and meet TSA requirements for transport. Two dual solid wheels and extendable drag handle make this case ideal for effortless transport. This large shockproof hard case features edge to edge reinforced polypropylene plastic and is also resistant to extreme hot and cold weather. All Eylar waterproof hard cases are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

This is a great case over all great quality for the price except that the latches dangle loose when you unlatch them and they are right in the way not allowing you to open the lid. If there were less than 7 latches to fight with I wouldn't probably mention it but it is a bad joke trying to get this lid open. ... show more

    • Design flaw
Product works fine and no issues with its main purpose of protecting equipment in transit. The issue we had was with the design of the latches. There are 7 of them to secure the lid to the base. The issue is when you flip up a latch to release it, it falls back into place. Now picture trying to hold up 6 latches on a large container while you release the 7th and then flip the lid. If the latches were mounted to the base instead of the lid then gravity would work to your favor and it’s a non issue. Dumb design. ... show more

I’m a high power lineman and we have to have tools and proper FR clothing for our work and this dry box is great for airlines as well as a good dry box in the belly of a bucket truck. This isn’t a tough box—or remotely the quality of pelican. This latch broke on its first trip through an airport. Tedious to close as the latches are super flimsy. I sat on it at 180 lbs and could have compressed the top. Super cheap.
