It was very easy to pop off the old plate and pop in the new plate. It took less than two minutes and I was able to do it without the provided tool for prying off the original plate. The hardest part is lining up the top of the plate with the touchpad (it doesn’t look like it should fit but does). It also feels very similar to the original trim plate but give the controller a completely new look.

cheap n easy way to change up your Dualsense controller. Came out nice, exactly fit & made of good material. 🏆 When you install take your time the top two “prongs” above the joysticks go in next to the touch pad first and be gentle until the slide in perfectly, then you can push the rest down gently and it’ll start clipping 👍🏻
