Worst experience with a lash glue. Burned by eyes terribly to the point my nose was running as well. The fumes are too strong as well. Seemed more like super glue than lash glue. Took me a few hours to be able to open my eye to even get this picture despite flushing with water several times. It dries really quickly so as soon as I felt the burn and wanted to try to remove I couldn’t without ripping out my natural lashes. BE VERY CAREFUL and I would not recommend anyone at all to use this product, professional or not!

UPDATE: The company did reach out and offered a refund after my review and made the process easy. They seem to care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their product. I will be a returning customer and hopefully, the lashes will last longer. I bought this again because I've used it before and I like that it had a strong hold and lashes lasted about 2 weeks, BUT now, my lashes are falling off after just a few days! For example, I just had the lashes done on Wednesday and now it's Sunday, and more than 50% of the lashes have fallen off. It's really frustrating. I was using the Stacy Lash Extra Hold Evolution (blue bottle) before switching back to this, and the retention is horrible now. I only wash my face with water and a mild cleanser and avoid rubbing the eyes/eyelashes.

This is a pic of how great my retention was using this glue before this month. I’ve been using this adhesive for a couple of years now, it has always been perfect and given me impeccable retention. However in the last month or so it has been terrible. (I’ve checked all other things it could be & everything else is spot on) I thought maybe it was that order that was bad so I returned it and ordered a new one, still not working. Every single client I’ve used it on is having bad retention. I used a different brand of adhesive to make sure it was not my environment and I got good retention again. It sucks because I really liked this glue. Not sure if maybe an ingredient was changed or a bad batch was made but I’m hoping they figure it out so I can come back to using it. In giving 3 stars because I’ve used for so long & had no issues but I’ve lost A LOT of money in the past month redoing and fixing clients lashes for free because they are not retaining within the first 3 days..
