I like big wheels & I cannot lie! Other passengers can’t deny! Perfect carry on. The case isn’t as rigid as I’d like, but it’s extremely functional. Ball bearing wheels feels amazing compared to those floppy caster wheels. The compartments work great, handle is sturdy, and the self retracting hook is a nice touch. It looks really cool compared to others. The wheel wells do take up a small portion on the interior. No big deal. Pack tight, because it does seem just a tad smaller than the average, but it’s got a great personality, so it works.

Bought for a trip to Europe since the wheels are supposed to be good for cobble stone streets. I just finished packing when I noticed that the rubber on one of the wheels is breaking off. Keep in mind that the luggage has still not gone on its first trip. Don’t have high hopes for the quality.

We received the first one damaged, it had a huge puncture and crack in the top. This is a very flimsy product for being so expensive. When we received the second one, there are no instructions to set your own combination, nor a website you can log onto to look for instructions. For the money, I wish it were sturdier and had actual rubber wheels.

I wrote an initial review about not having instructions on how to set the combination lock. I did find that info on YouTube. I just returned from a 13 day trip to Italy, and I’m better able to give an honest review. First, the good. The large wheels are awesome for going over rough terrain. The bag is large and holds a bunch of clothing. The luggage hook helps balance the weight of another bag over the wheels. Being a two wheel bag, I had no expectations of the wheels being on a swivel. Now, the bad. The bag comes with a cover that is about as sturdy as tissue paper. The way the handle extends makes the bag run over your heels as you walk. One of the zipper tabs broke off just getting out of a taxi. I’ve looked for warranty info and there is none. I would expect something so simple to be covered, considering how easily broken it is. Overall, I do like the bag, but I expect better service on something that costs as much as I paid. (I see that the price has dropped now.)

Many (spinner) suitcases have tiny rollers and run fine inside airports but stumble at small obstacles. This suitcase with its big rubber wheels can roll over many sidewalk ramps and minor potholes without a problem. It also can "climb" stairs better than typical spinners. The size is sufficient for medium trips with summer clothing, or shorter ones with bulky winter clothes. It easily fits into the trunk of the rental car. DRAWBACK #1 : Since you have to pull it behind you, it can cause some issues in busy public transit and get through turnstile gates. It doesn't navigate as easy as a spinner but after a few tries, you'll manage to navigate it through tight spaces. DRAWBACK #2 : It is noticeably heavier than soft-shell spinners with a similar size. SUMMARY : Love it for trips in european towns with their historic streets & sidewalks.

All was well with this product until I realized that the product came with no instructions, namely how to set up/use the TSA lock. I read a review and tried it but once locked I could not open it. since then I have located the code and it opened, but now I am not able to lock it. I had to travel next day so I tied a strap around the suitcase and made it to my destination. I am now trying to fix it. I have tried many TSA suggestions to fix it. All have failed. All this is one gigantic pain in the ___. I am trying to find out what Amazon suggests for repair but have not yet found an answer. If your listening Amazon, Please reply.

Looks like the wheels will last a little while as compared to the cheapest suitcases you can get at Walmart. I sure as hell hope so, I'm going to be homeless for a little while until I hopefully get into California State University Sacramento.
