The steam and the purple lights that are supposed to "brown" the meat do not work. My kid likes the toy but it does not work as described.

My grandson absolutely adores this grill. Of all the Christmas gifts he received, he was most delighted in this and was ready to start grilling for everyone. Love the grill like sounds and the food that comes with it. My grandson just turned 6 if that helps for purchase age. Definitely worth buying.
