Prior to buying this set of sheets, I tried just the pillow cases. I had a more expensive set of Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases, but every night I had to flip the pillow because it was too warm even when the room was cool. I bought the pillow cases for both my husband and myself, and we both saw an immediate improvement in our Samsung watch sleep scores. The pillow cases were so soft and I no longer woke up during the night with my head being too warm. The sheets I had been using were supposed to be for thick mattresses, and fit at first. I have a 12 inch mattress, and after a few washings, these sheets wouldn't stay on one corner of the mattress. There was no way I could stretch it over all four corners. Since I was so happy with the pillow cases of this brand, I decided to buy the sheet set. As I normally do, I washed and dried the set before using them. The sheets are every bit as soft and comfortable as the pillow cases, and they were wrinkle free with absolutely no pilling after washing. Putting them on my 12 inch mattress was a breeze. They fit over all the corners and even tucked in on all sides. The sheets are every bit as soft and comfortable as the pillow cases I had bought previously. Since I put them on my bed when warm weather was coming, I put away some of the blankets and comforters I had on my bed for the winter. I found that these sheets, are not quite as warm as my previous heavier sheets. For me this is a good thing as I used to wake up in the night sweating with my PJ's stuck to me. When I pushed down the covers, I would be freezing because my PJ's were wet. Since my bedroom is usually cool, I put some of the blankets back on my bed, but now I don't wake up sweating. Now I can use my blankets without sweating and having to push them to the bottom of the bed during the night, and my sleep score, measured by my Samsung watch, is consistently 10 or more points higher than it was before using these sheets. If you tend to sleep warm, these sheets would be perfect for you. At this point, I very much prefer these sheets over the stiffer, heavier Egyptian cotton sheets that don't breath. I should also mention that I bought the burgundy color that is a true burgundy - not red. UPDATE 7/25/22: I have been using these sheets for almost 1 1/2 years, and they have been washed and dried multiple times. They still look and feel as good as the first time I used them. They have not pilled or shrunk, and still fit on my bed as well as they did when they were new. Although I bought the set for a double bed, the pillow cases are large enough to fit the queen sized pillows I have, and are long enough the enveloping flap on the ends of them is really not needed. I still love this set of sheets, and will likely buy another set. UPDATE 08/10/23: I have been using this set of sheets for about 2 1/2 years, I and I still love them. I have been using only this one set of sheets. I take them off my bed, machine wash and dry them, and put them back on. They have not shrunk, pilled, or faded, and look as good as the day I bought them. I like these so much better than cotton sheets I have had in the past, including Egyptian cotton. They are so soft, not stiff at all. I decided to buy another set in case they stop selling them and thought I would update my review while I was here. I hope this review was helpful for you. I bought these sheets over a year ago and thought nothing of them. I had bedding. That was good. I like bedding. Then I started washing my sheets. These bad boys were out of commission. They were wet, missing, or just not there. My sleep became a disaster. I was never impressed with the cooling properties of these sheets until they left me. I literally could not sleep without them. I never thought they really made a difference until I didn’t have them, and now that I’ve suffered through that experience, I beg everyone - please buy these sheets! Don’t lose sleep or gain sweat, just be happy. My only recommendation would be that if you’re going to buy a set, you should buy two. Stave off pains Th as long as possible.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I didn’t realize a sheet could improve our bed and sleep experience this much—this is easily the best money I’ve spent in a long time. Our old fitted sheet was starting to tear at one of the corners, so it was time for a replacement. After reading reviews, this sheet seemed to be a fan favorite—and now I understand why. We have a thick California King memory foam bed that’s also split in the middle. To make things trickier, I like my side of the bed raised a few inches at the head for slight elevation, while my wife needs her side completely flat. That small difference always caused our previous sheets to shift, and we’d constantly have to adjust them every few days. I was even considering buying clips or corner locks to hold sheets in place. I'm so glad I didn't—this sheet set, with its extra-deep pockets, stays in place no matter what. We've never had to adjust it once. No corners popping off, no tugging, just a perfect fit. On top of that, it’s incredibly soft and feels truly luxurious. I honestly wish we had bought this sheet years ago. Can’t recommend it enough!

They are a bit thin, and I don't know that they will last long, but the fit is perfect for my mattress. It's hard to find sheets that fit my mattress. Even when it is advertised that they fit extra deep mattresses, they usually don't. These do. That was most important to me so that I don't have crumpled up sheets underneath me, causing discomfort. I did find some stray fabric after washing and drying them, and I am still scratching my head as to where those came from. As far as value for the money, I think for the price, I couldn't go wrong, even if the sheets only last a year.

I’ve always been an all cotton percale sheet person and I guess I focused on the “cooling” factor of these sheets and missed that they were all polyester microfiber! I’ve had a chance to sleep on these sheets and they’ve been surprisingly comfortable. They are extremely light weight and the feel is very smooth and satiny and I’m pleasantly surprised. Also I have a very deep mattress and these sheets are very ample and cover the corners and tuck under my mattress. That’s a BIG plus. Last sheets purchased suppose to be deep pocket and they barely covered the mattress, not the case with these sheets! These sheets are a great deal for the money, the purpose is vivid and very comfortable.

I'm extremely picky about my sheets. I have spend a ton of money on sheets that I hated. They were either too hot, too rough feeling just uncomfortable. I've researched, studied for some that I would love. I'm a hot sleeper and I don't like to sweat...read the reviews on these and took a chance and WOW! These sheets are soft like butter! Light but elegant feeling. We slept on them a few nights before I wrote my review to make sure they were good. I'm ordering a few more sets! So if you're looking for great sheets these are for you.
