No need for all the elastic suspenders! Not only did they fit but they actually go enough under the mattress that they don't slip off when I sleep or put the head of my bed up. Now onto the bonus! These sheet are buttery soft! I wasn't expecting that. They are so comfortable! Unlike many other sheets I don't wake up in a puddle of sweat during the night. This is maybe the 4th set of "deep pocket" sheets I've bought from Amazon in the last few years and the first ones that are actually that. I don't have an especially deep mattress setup, just a standard mattress with a 3" foam topper, but I struggled with other brand sheet sets. Trying to get the last corner was always a chore. These are a breeze. I was ready to give a good review after just making the bed the first time, but after actually sleeping in them they really deserve praise. I got the denim blue and it’s almost like this green-y kind of blue and I LOVE it! I wanted something that’s almost teal and this is it! I’ve been informed that these are “microfiber” sheets so if you are not into that, please pass on by. I think they are just fine comfort-wise. I live in Florida and it’s hot enough where I could just have the sheet on to go to sleep. :) I have a 16” mattress and a 2” topper and I’ve struggled with other sheets, but these suckers are staying on! These sheets offer 21 inch deep pockets. They accommodate my 15 inch mattress, pillow top mattress pad and 1.5 inch memory foam topper. They are very thin and the elastic that goes around the base of the fitted sheet gets twisted in the hem. The seams on the pillow cases look like they might pull apart. They are so soft and breathable. When they say they are deep pockets they are. We have a sleep number and can never find any sheets that will fit and stay on our bed. They fit like a glove. The material is thin so I don't know how long they will last. They price was not bad at all.
