Putting this together was easy. The written instruction weren't always clear, but the drawings are all you really need and they are clear easy to see. The parts are clearly labeled and match the instruction sheet. It took about 35-40 minutes to assemble, and it only took that long because there are a lot of parts to assemble with screws. The only tool needed is included, a combination Phillips screwdriver and Allen wrench, but if you have your own tools it will go quicker. There were also two extra screws of each kind. The unit itself is adequate. The leg levelers assure the unit will sit on the floor without a wobble. The frame is strong enough for the intended purposes and then some. The drawers are rather cheaply made, which is my reason for taking away a star in my rating. There are no draw stops either, so if you pull a drawer out too far some contents could spill onto the floor. I like that the shoe shelves extend to fit the width of various space requirements. This piece of furniture isn't very attractive to me, but that's subjective. It's best suited for a closet in my opinion. It is a useful storage system that could fill several needs. ... show more
