I rarely write reviews, and I usually have low expectations when ordering clothes on Amazon, but I was blown away at the quality of this sweater dress -- I love this so much that I will almost certainly order a second one in a different color! I ordered the dark oIive green in a large (for reference I am 5' 3", 160 lb. hourglass/athletic build and usually a size 10) and I maybe could have gotten away with a medium. This dress hugged my curves in all the right places and the material is thick and a bit fuzzy, which allowed the sleeves to hold their shape, and was flattering on me. The bishop sleeves and mock neck were just right for me -- as a shorter person, styles like this can sometimes be overpowering or out of proportion. The length was great and I felt confident wearing this over opaque tights with some riding boots. My only critiques are that the color is more heathered and lighter than in the photo and, although it came packaged securely, it did have some heavy creases that needed pressing to come out. Anyway, I hope this helps someone out there that is not a confident online clothing shopper!

Some comments are saying it was too short for them, but honestly I'm 5'11" and it was perfect. I also ordered the small over the medium; I tend to be between sizes on these kinds of things but wanted it slightly figure-hugging (which it is, but still giving modest with the length and neckline). If you're curvier you might want to size up, I'm assuming that's where the length discrepancy is.

I’m a huge fan of this dress, although unfortunately, this particular color has more of a faded look than a nice solid color. The best way I could describe it as like as if it was in the washing machine I’m hot and it faded.. I also did not like how the neck seems to be really choppy and not very smooth fitting. But overall, it’s a nice sweat sweater dress. I do like the tan color better but again the neck material is cut in a way that it looks choppy and uncomfortable unfortunately.

I very rarely buy clothes on Amazon because I have not had good luck, but this dress is amazingggggg. I love it so much and can't wait for Fall so I can start wearing it more. It fits so well and the dress is so flattering. The fabric is so soft and comfortable.

I really wanted this dress to work. I ordered a medium and it was really short so I ordered a large and it was huge. The size difference between the sizes is not what a medium and large should be. The tags also didn’t look the same and the large was really stretched out.
