Several of the one-star reviewers claim this quilt is thin and flimsy. Seriously? I think it's the perfect weight. If anything, it's thicker than I expected. It feels soothingly soft to the touch. And it seems to be durably made. For the money, it's an excellent value. Then there's the color. I opted for the Teal, and it's incredibly rich and vivid -- jewel-like in its brilliance. I've already washed mine a few times and it is still soft, lightweight, and stitching is all there. The color hasnt faded and looks exactly like the picture. I live in a hot and somewhat humid area, and this is just light enough for night time.

I ordered this, but it had not shipped, came back and saw it was $2 less and could arrive a day earlier. I wanted it so I canceled the first order. It just arrived today. After 5 minutes struggling to get it out of the very tight package I had it on my bed. The quilt is thin just as described, very light, and perfect for South Florida. I can't tell you how hard it is to find lightweight cotton, especially dark purple. Hopefully, it can stand up to 3 grandchildren and a dog. ... show more

The quality of this quilt is amazing! I've already thrown it in the washer twice and I am impressed. The ONLY thing I regret, is choosing to "size up" and purchase a king size for my queen size bed. It never dawned on me that I would be receiving the larger size pillow covers (for pillows I don't own). Other than that, it's beautiful and I really liked that this company thinks "GREEN" and uses limited packaging for their products. Kuddos for that! ... show more

This quilt is exactly what I was looking for to use now that the temps are warmer. It is not thick at all & provided just a bit more warmth than a sheet. Iā€™m the kind of person who needs something heavier than a sheet to sleep & this was absolutely perfect. I love the size because it fits my deep mattress on both sides well.
