Just received the less beautiful curtains in white and vanilla. Had to order both because it's tough to tell the difference online. I had read another review about the vanilla that said it was tan. And people let me tell you, it is NOT tan. It's a creamy yellowish color. I am posting the white and vanilla side by side in the daylight so you can really see the difference. The white is very stark. Whiter than my siding and we just power washed that. These curtains are very well made (no grommets pulling away from the material as a few others have noted), and the material is not smooth. The best way i can describe it is like a very very tightly knit pique. They've got some heft to them. The grommets are silver measure 2 1/4" from outside to outside with an inner measurement of 1 1/2". These curtains are DEFINITELY well priced and of high quality. ... show more

I bought these for our screened in back porch. I bought the taupe, 108” long. Came on a hanger, covered with plastic, very few wrinkles. We hung them up and will just wait for the wrinkles to shake out. The material is not canvas, more silky feeling, they hand very nicely and are not see thru. We will have to see about fading. I would recommend these curtains. I also bought the rope tiebacks that were $14.99 for a pack of four from Amazon. They look great. ... show more

We wanted curtains for our back deck to provide additional privacy. We're very pleased with these. They're true to size (we ordered the 54"x84"), thick enough that they're not sheer, but not so heavy that they're not weighing down the rods. The fabric reminds me of a cross between a shower curtain and a fabric curtain (odd sounding I know) and cleans off incredibly easy (i.e. my husband accidentally drug our muddy water hose across it one of the bright white curtains and it sprayed right off).
