So after browsing the reviews, I decided to purchase these curtains. Originally was going to buy the lighter shade, but when I read a review on here with pictures of the pearl black, I went with that color. It is more of a grey/mocha type of color, very pretty color! I have attached my pics and what I did with them. I bought these for my bedroom to add some style. I have 3 windows that are 23" square, 3 large windows across the back and a patio door - all pics shown. On my large windows, I have black out blinds, but I wanted to open the blinds during the day and still have privacy while letting the light in - these were perfect!! bought 3 sets, 2 went on my large windows, one went on the patio door, doubled over for extra darkening. When doubled over, they block enough morning light that I can still sleep in to 8am (when I'm lucky to sleep that late). The other panel, I used to make matching mini curtains for the 3 windows above my bed - also doubled over for extra light blocking. As you can see, there's still enough light during the day to give it a bit of light. (I get afternoon sun on that wall, so enough light is blocked in the morning). I used small tension rods to make those curtains and 2 stick-up hooks on my patio door, I made a tie-back out of left over material from the small windows for when I want to see out of my patio door. ... show more

Bought 3 pairs (set of 2 panels each) for my new home. My previous drapes were phenomenal, but I coulndn’t find a 3rd matching pair—so I was disappointed in having to buy new curtains—as my last ones were expensive. So I found these! I got the 96” length white with silver foil design because I have a small open living and eat-in kitchen space. I hung two sets in the living room and the third in the kitchen/dining area. The length was perfect. The inexpensive curtains let just enough light in without the sun’s glare during the daytime. The material feels thick for the amount of light it lets in. From the outside at night, while it is not transparent, you can definitely make out bright lights or any light, and people moving about....that’s the only thing I don’t like about it. I really like that the design shows through to the outside. I did not like the way my last expensive curtains showed only the design where the panels met in the middle (where they folded and sewed the side hems)...from the outside during daytime it ruined the look . At least these show a nice modern design so it doesn’t look cheap. My husband prefers the modern design, and he loves these over our last expensive modern set that we ordered through another company. You might need to steam the folds, I did not. I loved the price. So far so good! Will definitely update if something changes. By the way, these curtains were bought and paid for by me; therefore, this is a real review. Please rate if it was helpful. We need more real reviews on Amazon since we rely on genuine feedback to base our purchasing decisions on. ... show more
