This is a very nice desk. It has enough room for three monitors on the shelf, although I only have two. It has two under-shelf and two under-desk drawers. The most important feature is of course its ability to adjust the height of the desk. This works very well and has three programmable settings plus manual up and down buttons. Although I have never purchased an extended warranty before, I did buy the three-year warranty for this desk. The motor is my only concern. It is very stable in any position. The assembly was good, although I wish they would have provided names for some or all of the parts. In particular there is one metal part that is used to hold the power converter in place. It took me a while to figure out what it was for. Pictures alone work, but a few words would have been helpful. Overall I have nothing bad to say. It is a very good product and being able to stand for a while is a huge plus. One suggestion, and this would apply to any adjustable desk, you will want to put a piece of tile, or flat wood, plastic or whatever on the floor between the bottom of the back foot and your wall. This ensures that if you move the desk by pushing off you don't move it closer to the wall. This is particularly important if the desk is set right in front of a window sill. Overall this is a really nice product and I recommend it.

The packing job was impressive - arrived with zero damage. The instructions were a tad confusing in places, but overall everything was very well labeled and well thought out for someone to assemble at home. Didn't require power tools, but I curiously ended up with a small wrench that I never used (???) so that was amusing. Don't destroy the inner box because you need that as a support during installation! My only complaint is that there's a bit of jerking when the motor changes direction. Otherwise the operation is very smooth and quiet. I love the wide desk space and there's even room for my 4 legged supervisor to have his bed on the main desk area (I got the 63" model). It's a tad expensive, but good quality and doesn't look like a particle-board piece of junk.

Directions are catastrophically wrong! Screws went through the desk into the floor where I was assembling it!!! Instead of correcting and reprinting the instructions they know are wrong, they insert this card in an opaque bag I didn't find until after I went looking for a support number that works. If you're too cheap to print corrected instructions, STAPLE THAT CARD TO THE THE DIRECTIONS!!!!

Overall, I really like this desk. It is very nice looking and sturdy. It was a bear to put together even with watching the recommended video. Instructions are very poor (pictures only and poor quality) and several pieces were mislabeled. In addition, several steps were left out until later and then I had to go back and remove something to add a part when it would have been better to have included those pieces in an earlier step. Whew! It took a couple of hours for my husband and I to put this together. I have built a lot of furniture in the past and this was by far the most difficult. The desk raises and lowers quite smoothly and is pretty simple to program 3 different set heights. I set one for a chair, one for a stool and one for standing. I ordered this particular desk because of the 4 drawers but I am disappointed in them as they do not slide in and out very easily or well. I now realize I could have just purchased a separate set of drawers or keyboard tray to use with this desk which probably would work better. I may remove the 2 lower drawers and replace with something more usable. Additionally, a desk without the lower drawers would have been far easier to assemble.

Overall I am very satisfied with this product! I am not a handy man so it took me a little longer than most people to assemble but once all said and done, I was very impressed with how it looks and operates. I hope the motor would last me a lifetime but we will see. I bought this desk during Oct Prime day (2023). At 63” it is great for 2 large monitors and 2 MBPs as you can see in the video. I plan to add another 24” monitor because I can ;). Operation is very smooth. It makes a whirring sound but I like it and also it’s very low sound. The legs are good on this desk and seem to provide stability even in a carpeted floor. I have been feeling some shoulder and neck strain and decided to invest on an adjustable desk. After looking around all the other products on Amazon, I decided to buy this desk. It’s a wonderful desk and worth the money!!!

The desk works perfectly fine, it was easy to assemble but it came without the instructions which is annoying, I had to look for one on internet, so far, after 1-2 weeks using has been great. Just one thing, the edges are sharp and kind of uncomfortable, so it is better if you get something for that. It was pretty cheap and took a long time to get here due to the prime days
