Very nice looking chrome holder. As sturdy as most of these holders that sit on the floor; still have to hold the roll when pulling paper off but that's normal. The basket on top is great to hold my cell phone. Was easy to put together. The feet keep the extra rolls off the floor. I bought two and received them ahead of schedule. This toilet roll holder has a little bit of an Art Deco feel to it, which is what attracted me to it. I also like the little shelf on top for cell phones or wipes. Very pretty and practical piece.

Opened box saw rust marks, I do not believe the chrome toilet paper holder should have rust of any kind brand new out of the box
