I use it for high reps upper body exercises. Curls, military and bench press. Good length. For most women 20 lbs is a good weight for most things. Need extra? Add a cuff weight but this will work for high reps.

Everybody needs these w e i g h t e d bars. There are so many exercises that you can do. Bicep curls overhead presses, tricep extensions to name a few. They are also great and helping if you are doing balancing exercises. These are a must have in multiple weights.
