I purchased this mobile when my son was about 2 months old and it has been a lifesaver! High-contrast colors are very sensory and great for baby’s development. The gentle music and lights help calm my son when he's fussy and encourage him to focus and track the moving objects. The mobile is easy to attach to the crib rail, or bassinet rail, and the arm extends out far enough to keep it out of his reach. I like that it has 5 different melodies so I can change it up. The music volume is adjustable too. My son is now 3 months old and still loves watching the mobile spin. The lights and music hold his attention for 10-15 minutes at a time, which is great for tummy time or when I need to put him down for a minute. I feel it's helping with his visual development and tracking skills. The only downside is the music can get repetitive after awhile. But overall, this mobile is a great value and I highly recommend it for newborns and young infants. It's a simple way to provide visual stimulation and soothe your baby. I expect we'll get a lot more use out of it in the coming months.

High quality, good selection of songs. Volume is a bit loud and you can’t turn it down, but the songs are very nice. You will need a clamp/claw base if you’re putting this on a bassinet of pack and play because the base of this one is only good for traditional crib bars

We got this when my son was 2 months and now he’s almost 4… AND HE LOVES IT!! The high contrast is engaging for all babies and the orientation is specifically for the child so it’s actually made for babes to enjoy unlike other mobiles. The music runs for a good amount of time and the sound is good, too. My son seriously loves the thing! I have to put him to bed with his head on the other end because he will seriously stare at it and laugh/coo all night.

3 month old loves it. The music is great and calming & the spinning is the most entertaining thing for him right now. It is nightmare fuel when the batteries start to go bad, but 10/10 would recommend!

Overall, we're happy with this purchase. Smooth circling of hypnotizing minipillows? Check! Easy to assemble? Check! Easy to clean? Check! Is it stable when assembled and positioned correctly by sleep-deprived parents who can barely read directions that it doesn't come with? Check! Is the music quiet? Hahahaha....no. This is where the mobile falls short. Even on its quietest "sneak-a-donut-while-the-kids-are-sleeping" mode, the mobile is loud. It's loudest setting is probably what Satan uses as his alarm clock. Another downside is that you have to adjust the volume every. Single. Time. It also doesn't help that the volume buttons are the same as the "next" and "previous" buttons so you have to hold down the button for what feels like an eternity. That being said, even with the cons of this mobile, we'd still order it again as it's well made and the dangly bits are positioned so baby can actually see the high contrast images.

Overall great product, I love the designs and the speed at which it spins, but I hate dealing with the volume control, I feel like I can't ever get it quiet enough. I have fiddled with the volume controls many times and it just doesn't seem to make that big of a difference, and each time I turn it off and back on again it is back to max volume. Edit: bumped the star rating down one because I've now had to turn it on before bedtime and it's so loud I can't sleep
