It's a keeper. I love almost everything about it, but I'm docking it a star for the straps. It comes with a strap extender in case you have a very large office chair, but they didn't consider that there are small chairs in the world, too. It works, but it would be nice if it would go a bit tighter.

I have purchased 2 of these Everlasting Comfort pillows in the past 2-3 years, and they have made all the difference with my low back pain while sitting. After many uses, and several washings of the pillow covers, the zippers no longer worked, and would not cover the pillows. I contacted the Upper Echelon seller to see if I could receive 2 replacement covers under their warranty. They responded promptly, and immediately sent me 2 entire pillow replacements, not just the covers. Their lifetime warranty and customer service is beyond excellent, such a rarity these days.     • A little disappointed
When the lumbar support cushion arrived I was a bit disappointed that the outer cloth cover was thin and loose/flimsy. I guess I was expecting it to be the same thicker quality and better looking material as their seat cushion I had purchased recently. I’m not quite sure why they didn’t carry over the same fabric from cushion to lumbar support but unfortunately I don’t like that they don’t match and the lumbar cover is loose and flimsy. It just feels and looks cheap. It doesn’t fit tightly around the foam and needs to be adjusted frequently. I’m very happy with the quality of the seat cushion by Everlasting Comfort but was disappointed with the fabric on the lumbar support. Just know that they don’t match. ... show more

I work a desk job 40+ hours per week. My aging back and natural tendency to slump over while typing away on my keyboard has led to much lower back pain. My ergonomically designed desk chair wasn't enough to keep my posture upright, so I figured this lumbar support pillow was a worthy investment. Boy, am I happy I made the investment, because this support pillow keeps my posture more upright and keeps away the back pain. Bought for hubby because he sits and works on his computer way too long and need a lumbar support. It worked to relief his lower back pain. However, because it is comfortable, hubby spends even longer time sitting and working on his computer. Buyers be aware!

I was skeptical about this product as I had tried a few when working in an office. I put this onto my wfh chair right away, and it was exactly what I needed to get the right support. The material is soft and it feels cushiony and supportive. Unlike other lumbar pillows that just feel like an awkward lump that I was leaning on, this one was actually comfortable.
