This is the second type of knee pillow I have tried. The first one did not have a strap and so I was always losing it in the bed. This one is better, although there are times when I have to adjust it during the night. But it does work much better than the one without the strap, you do have to unattached yourself if you need to get up to go to the bathroom, but otherwise, I think it’s a very good product and I do recommend it. ... show more

I usually strap this to my right leg when I sleep on my sides. No need to switch legs since it’s shaped to fit both legs on either sides which is nice. I’m a big guy and I wish the cushion was larger so my balls could have a little bit more room to breathe and not feel squished at times. This pillow however has eased the inconvenience of that quite a bit and i’m glad I got this. It definitely helps me be more relaxed and comfortable whether i’m going to sleep or simply laying down reading a book. ... show more

This is soft and comfortable so it’s easy to fall asleep and the strap is helpful. Unfortunately the foam is not dense and firm enough to keep my knees from nearly touching which defeats the purpose to relieve hip and back pain. I found that a regular pillow does a better job.     • This thing WORKS!
I love how it fits the "curve" of my inner knee and keeps my knees from "knocking together, etc." when I sleep on my side. The strap does a great job of keeping the pillow from "sliding, etc." when positioned and the velcro patches are very secure. The cover material DOES NOT promote "sweating" (and I'm a "warm person" - just ask my wife! ;) ). This pillow is definitely worth the money! UPDATE, 4/2/24: I bought a SECOND pillow so I could place one behind BOTH KNEES when I sleep on my back. They place my legs at a great angle to remove stress from the back of the legs as well as positioning my hips in (for me) a better angle to relieve lower back pressure (again, for when I sleep on my back). If I shift to my side, the pillows easily "reposition themselves" to keep the knees from "knocking" and, again, helping to better position the hips. I still recommend these pillows, whether you only need one or may need two.... ... show more

I purchased this product because pain in my lower legs was making it hard to sleep on my side. While I wouldn’t say the pillow helps 100% of the time, it has helped greatly. I’m not kept awake by pain anymore. The pillow is comfortable to use. I actually don’t even bother to use the strap anymore. It’s easy to keep in place if you roll over.
