I was attracted by it when I used it at the beach around eye balls. The Hoverboard is very easy to install, I spent about 30 minutes to install it. I chose yellow colors, the color is very beautiful during the day, I like it very much. During its battery life, it can be used for about 4 hours . My son loved this hover board. Unfortunately the battery died after a few weeks of using. I have contacted the email and website and no one has gotten back to me. I would not purchase this product.

We bought two of these for our boys and one they have loved every second of them! One of the hoverboards stopped charging and customer service was very quick and responsive and offered to replace. Great product and customer service!

We purchased this for Christmas. The first one that came in the light up buttons dropped in to the unit. Seller worked fast to send us a new one. This hoverboard is amazing.

    • Great graphics, but battery life stinks!
We bought this for our 10 year old grandson and he loved it but the battery only stays charged for 20-30 minutes tops and the description plainly states 10 miles or 1-2 hour battery life. I am so disappointed in that fact and have reached out to the seller and have yet to hear back I am hoping it is due to the holiday season. ... show more

Amazing customer service. The battery in my son's hoverboard died after only 7 months. I contacted customer support and they sent out a brand new replacement hoverboard and all we had to pay was shipping. Would highly recommend!

It is a lot of fun to ride, but the battery is constantly dying!! Maybe get five minutes of ride time on a full charge! Worst buy ever.

IT HAS MALFUNCTIONED SINCE DAY ONE. FIRST IT WOULDN'T CHARGE THE FIRST FEW ATTEMPTS THEN IT WOULD ONLY MOVE FORWARD AND ONE HAND CONROL WOULD WORK SO IT JUST WENT IN A CIRCLE. PLEASE DON'T BUY!
