I got this electric scooty for my five years old son and he absolutely loves it. It was pretty easy to assemble and from the moment we put it together, he went on to run it crazy in the house and the outside pavement. The motor seems powerful and 3 modes speed adjustments are good for learning for kids. Looks wise it has flashy lights which is a very nice touch and adds nice accent and safety in low light conditions. Also, we made sure to safeguard our little one with elbow and kneepads and a helmet. There is a size adjustment to fix the shaft to proper height. Handlebars also slide down with little weight but do not fully lock. Battery life is adequate as well, which runs for almost 1 to 1.5 hours and recharges quickly. I will have my kid use it and update this review in time to reflect a longer life span experience but so far it has been running fine and my son loves it. ... show more

I purchased this electric scooter for my grandson and need to say it’s his favorite toy ever. He has been using it almost daily in the battery. Life is amazing. We had one minor hiccup of a child was able to contact customer service and they were extremely prompt, and immediately provide me with a remedy. The scooters battery life last long. It charges very quickly. It is made out of high-quality materials and I do think that my grandson feels extremely safe on this bike. We have another grandson who is going to be turning six soon and I think we will buy another one for him at that time. They recommend a scooter and they have great customer service.     • Awesome scooter but Customer service SUCKS!

So this scooter total 5 stars! However after not even 5 months something happened to were my scooter won’t turn on. I emailed (the only form of communicating with customer service) the company, asking about what to do with my scooter since it cost so much and it’s not even six months old. They requested a video I sent a video of the scooter. It charges, but will not turn on. They send me a replacement part, I do the replacement part as instructed and still nothing happened. This was more than two months ago and now they are ignoring my emails and not responding at all; even though I have sent three follow up emails. The scooter was well taken care of. It was stored in the garage when not in use. There’s no reason after such a short period of time that it should have stopped working highly disappointed in the customer service. It is under warranty, so technically it should be replaced, but now they are just completely ignoring me. Update** was sent an email after posting this review and was promptly given a new scooter. It was delivered in less than a weeks time from the initial email. With that being said. I had to go to drastic measures and post a bad review on a good quality scooter because customer service was awful. Happy it worked but disappointed I had to go to this length to finally get a response. The scooter is well built, heavy, easy to operate, and goes fast as well as runs for a long time. The media could not be loaded. I recently got the Evercross electric scooter for my 10-year-old, and I must say it’s a hit! First off, the assembly was a breeze, which was a big plus for me. My kid absolutely loves it. It goes pretty fast, but not so fast that it feels unsafe for a 10-year-old. The speed is just right for some thrilling fun without worrying too much. One feature we both appreciate is the foldable design. It makes it super convenient to pack up and take on adventures. Plus, the built-in light is a cool addition, especially when my child rides it at night. In my child’s words, it’s a 5-star scooter, and I couldn’t agree more.
