The rear break/ defender broke after about 8 months so I contacted the seller for help. Becky was very responsive and shipped me out the replacement part the next day. We bought this scooter back in July of 2023 and so far it has done its purpose. We mainly use it to get home from school and all this time it has not presented any problems. It runs smoothly and charges as it should, of course, while taking appropriate care of it as that plays a role. The only thing we faced problems with was when the mudguard broke off just recently (about 2 weeks ago as of March 2024). If you put too much pressure on it, it might strain it, and eventually break so I suggest to be gentle with it. We were able to solve the problem by contacting their support and they were very cordial and attentive. They were kind to send us a replacement and the scooter is now practically almost brand new! Totally recommend this scooter if you want something that will get you places safely in the meantime if you can't afford stable transportation or don't want to use public transportation. ... show more

Got this Electric scooter for my daughter’s birthday, she loved it. Super easy to assemble and beautiful. Literally the 3rd day she was using it and it stopped working!! It had an Error code E6, I called their customer service and they said that this specific code means that the battery is not charging that I would have to return it so they can replace it. So it was basically damaged. My daughter was so upset but whatever I did the return and they sent me another one. The replacement came in and it’s not even in a new box. The replacement scooter I got was also damaged! So I’m just going to return the replacement as well get my money back and buy one from a different company. Super disappointed with them honestly. And I have other electric scooters for my other children and all of them work with no problem it’s this Evercross brand that is not trustworthy. ... show more

So far so good for an entry level “real” electric scooter. One little hiccup which was quickly fixed — when we received these scoots, both were set to zero start ON. This means that when you hit the throttle, it goes. No kicking off required. Suddenly, one of them switched out of this mode (zero start off), but there is no information in the manual regarding how to toggle this setting. I did a little research and found that pressing the power button 5 times quickly will toggle this setting off and on. Nothing was wrong with the scooter, the little girl had just played with the button and changed the mode by accident. While on the subject, pressing the power button 3x quickly will toggle between KPH and MPH.. useful information that you need not dig for! Happy scooting! ... show more

We bought this for our 9 year old son for xmas. The only assembly required was putting on the handlebars which was a cinch. This is a fully electric scooter with the option to ride it manually. It has a lever on the right handlebar that will make the scooter move from a complete stop. It has 3 electric speeds that can be adjusted near the acceleration lever. There is also a digital speedometer in the same area. 11 mph is the highest speed we’ve experienced and that was moving down a slight incline on the highest setting. The left handlebar is where the brake is located. The brake works well at slowing the scooter quickly. Folds in half for easy storage.
