I’m 5’3” 189lbs. XL bottom and a M/L top. I thought I would play it safe and go with a 16, but I wish I would’ve gotten a 14 as this is just a tad bit to big in the shoulders, waist and since I am wearing flats a little to long. Plus side I can use tape to hold the shoulders up and fabric tape to tuck under the “belt” and it looks fine. However, if your bigger chested with broad shoulders I would definitely get your regular size if you want it form fitting or size up for a looser fit. ... show more

    • Do Not Iron, and don't let velcro touch it.

The dress is very flattering and I got quite a few compliments on it. The only downsides were that I couldn't iron it and some velcro just briefly touched and and made a snag in the mesh fabric of the overlay. It is a very delicate dress. Other than that, overall, very nice dress.
