Despite this combo being aimed at pet parents with human babies, this is a great purchase regardless of if you have a furbaby or not. We have massive dogs, so the bottom basket was useless to us in it's original design function of transporting smaller dogs, BUT, the other dogs features make walks so much easier. And the large basket absolutely doesn't go to waste. My wife loves to walk to the store while the little one naps, but storage of purchased goods was always a hassle requiring multiple carabiners and a precarious balance trying to keep the stroller from tipping backwards. The basket is HUGE and holds so many groceries/bags/blankets/gear for whatever your outing requires....even our under 45lb older child when her legs are "too tired to work" and she needs a sit down for a bit. That's only the tip of the convenient iceberg. For our first kid we didn't considering the hassle of having to transport a baby and didn't get a stroller that was compatible with our carseat - NIGHTMARE. Being able to just take the carseat from the car to the stroller, game changer, especially the fact that you can have the seat rear or forward facing...or either the car seat OR the seat. My wife particularly loves that the seat has 3 reclining positions for easy napping adjustments when out and about. The handle easily adjust for her height (5'2") or mine (6'2") and has a nice, smooth ride (good shocks). Attaching either seat is quick and easy, and break down/ set up is equally quick and easy. It may seem like a hefty price tag, that's what we though at first, but what you're getting is a system that will last you literal YEARS and you will get so.much.use. out of this thing. I know this stroller and seat combo are targeted for pet owners, we bought it because we are travel sports parents. We have a large age gap between our children and our youngest is toted to travel soccer games all over the state. We really appreciated the pet area at the bottom that we use for our coolers and snacks. The ramp is great for wheeling heavy coolers and snacks. It is must sturdier than typical strollers for holding all the things we need for a tournament. As for functionality, it is perfect. I appreciate that the baby seat can connect directly to the frame. It can also face towards or away from the parent. As your child grows, you can use the toddler seat and it is reversible as well. The seat feels secure and doesn't bounce. The snack tray is great and deep enough that snacks don't fall out easily. The stroller is heavier than some others and doesn't fold as small, but isn't the worst either. This is such a neat and original concept from a reputable brand. This is a travel system, so it comes with both a car seat and stroller. What sets it apart is that its undercarriage is made for a small pet to go along for walks and adventures. It features a ramp for easy access for your fur baby and is spacious for a small pet. It says it will support up to a 35 lb dog, but I'm not sure I'd want to max it out. I'd say 20-25 lbs to keep pup comfortable. On the flip side, if you don't have a small fur baby or even if you do, the bottom can be used as an xl storage basket which is always a nice thing to have in a stroller. The overall quality is top notch, which is what I would expect and is typical from Evenflo. The stroller rides and drives very smoothly. So this review is strictly for the stroller, not the car seat (though the car seat seems nice). Anyway, the stroller itself has some great benefits, and a few limitations. Pros: • High seat placement, which is my favorite feature. I have a 2.5 year old toddler, and admittedly, he's getting a bit too big for strollers, but the seat is high, so he has a much better and enjoyable viewpoint compared to other strollers I've used (this includes the lovely, but awfully expensive Uppababy brand). • Smooth turning and strolling. • My 18 pound dog is comfortable in his dog carriage, and the ramp is a convenient feature, which allows him to walk in, rather than me always placing him in there. • Without my dog, the undercarriage is quite roomy (the product description states a 45 pound max load, and that seems accurate, even though I haven't tested it to that capacity yet). • The treat holder and poo bag dispenser are great additions. • It looks great! Minor drawbacks: • I wish the handle was lined with a faux leather or some other material that is not the rough foamy fabric type. Basically, this type of handle is more difficult to clean, and it tends to tear or shed apart after prolonged usage. So far, it's in perfect condition, of course. • Even though the stroller glides fairly smoothly, I would have preferred a more rubberized type material for the wheels, rather than the plasticky type it currently uses, which occasionally is more slippery and offers less traction than the former. • I'm glad that the stroller folds in half (like many other strollers), but it's still a bit clunky and somewhat unstable when stored upright. Overall, it feels like a quality stroller (again, the car seat seems nice too, but I haven't really given it a chance because I already have a great Maxi Cosi one), but I think this is best recommended if 1) you have a younger toddler or infant, perhaps under 2 years old, 2) your dog is not the super active, rambunctious type, and is less than 30 pounds, and of course, 3) you need a stroller/car seat combo. ... show more

The EvenFlo Pivot Troop model has all the extras. The box includes stroller, which has a ramp with basket for pets below seat. Car seat and also a watering bowl for your dog or cat. If you don’t have a pet, then the basket is perfect for taking the baby to the store, and putting your grocery bags underneath. Wheels maneuver well, folds easily, and just looks great. The grandbaby enjoys sitting up high, and I enjoy not having to bend down as far to get him out. ... show more
