everything about this system has been great for me. i love the car seat and the fact that the newborn insert inside fit my preemie sized baby, my daughter is small and she fits safely and snug into the car seat and i feel very confident in the safety of my daughter while she’s in this car seat. the car seat is VERY padded which i love it is very comfortable for baby and very safe if an accident were to happen. i love that she will be able to use this car seat for awhile as i’m so in love with how comfortable and safe it is and easy to use. i love that the car seat just clips right into the stroller set up , makes errands , walks, trips very easy to just grab the car seat and snap it into the stroller with out having to disturb the baby at all , definitely one of my favorite things of it all & the system is much nicer and has many more uses than some of its competitors in my opinion. i love that there’s an option for the pram style stroller as well it’s nice to just lay the baby down also as you can sit them up. overall it’s very easy to use and very easy to set up in all of its settings and i love how universal it is and will fit the needs of your child for a long time. it’s also very durable , folds up very nicely easily fits my trunk of my small car and still have extra room for other things. i love that also the bottom of the stroller is so spacious to be able to fit a diaper bag and purse or whatever else you may carry with you. it is also a very aesthetically pleasing and sleek design very nice look. i am definitely recommending this travel system to every parent i know , well worth every penny! ... show more

I was so excited about this stroller but please don't buy it, it's a p.o.s.😢 The car seat is nice other than the flimsy canopy. The stroller has a beautiful sleek look but like others have said, there is a manufacturing flaw with the wheels. The back wheels start to wind off on their own as you push. I took the stroller apart to see how the wheels are held on and it's such a poor design. I tried to fix it, but there is no way to lock the wheels in place well. It all hinges on a tiny spring that isn't even attached to anything. The whole system is worthless now except for the car seat. I purchased the system before my son was born and just now started using it the last few weeks with the warm weather so I'm out of luck with Amazon's 3 month policy. EDIT - Evenflo did get back to me and is sending me a new frame. They were pleasant to work with. Hopefully the new frame doesn't have the same issue! ... show more

Product is great. However be warned that Amazon shipped this large heavy package by USPS. They were unable to deliver it to my house. I’m 66 years old and had to struggle to get this in to the back of my little car. Why on earth they didn’t send it by FedEx or UPS, so it would come to my house, is beyond me!!!! Little packages come by UPS and FedEx all the time! ... show more

Easy to assemble and also easy to attach and remove car seat and pram attachment. Car seat base also easy to install in car. Only stroller you will ever need since pram turns into a toddler stroller seat. Light weight and easy too fold to load and unload out of vehicle

This is an amazing stroller! It was easy to assemble and its pretty lightweight for a travel system. I love how smooth it is and how big the storage basket is. Its perfect for our baby, im glad we got this model.

We were very excited for this stroller but it is just okay. If you can get it for a good price, then it is not terrible. If you want to spend money though I think there might be better options out there. I like the car seat a lot although the canopy quality is meh. I like that we can use the bassinet instead of car seat for walks but do wish the straps in the bassinet were able to be covered. We just through a swaddle over them though when we put baby in. Like many others we also had issues with the wheels on the stroller. The back wheels would slowly wind off when walking and this was only having it a few days. The issue continued and then the wheels did fall completely off. We did get a replacement frame when contacted about the problem so did appreciate the customer service. Stroller is easy to push though and has held up great since fixing the wheels. Overall I do like the product but probably would have ordered something else if I knew what I was getting. Still not a bad option, ... show more

The back left wheel is defective!! I used the first stroller a handful of times when suddenly the back wheel popped off and stroller tipped with baby inside. This stroller needs to be recalled and taken off the market. They sent me a replacement stroller and the same thing just happened again after using only a couple of times! A stroller with only 3 working wheels is completely useless not to mention an EXTREME safety hazard to babies that ride in them. I don’t know how they are still selling these things. I really hope I can get my money back because I spent over $400 on a stroller I thought I would get to use for 3 years. I’m so upset. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy assembly I give it that . I’m just disappointed that the package is missing the cup holder that is included with the stroller . That’s one of the exciting parts for me as I was looking forward to use that cup holder for my Starbucks lol. I will be reaching out to see if they can send me the missing cup holder part . Hoping for the best . The stroller over all is perfect . Sleek and lightweight but I expected to be a bit small . The handle is larger than expected . ... show more
