At first we were skeptical because they weren't very many reviews on this trampoline but we decided to order it because we wanted to 16 foot trampoline and it was a great price compared to the other trampolines that were hundreds of dollars more. My daughter and I put it together so two females put this thing together. It took us quite a few hours to get it together, but we did it. We decided not to put the net on at the time, but my daughter loves it and has jumped on it for 3 days straight so far. Trampoline is very sturdy and fairly easy to put together. Worst part of installation is the net. You have to basically sew rope from nom-existent holes into the triangles that hold the springs. Takes forever to do and when it's the last step, your kid thinks they can start playing when you have another hour or so to go. I received everything but the caps on top of the poles. The manual says 90 day warranty on parts but no phone number. Contacted Amazon customer service who was very nice but said they don't have anything for the manufacturer. Ended up getting a credit to buy new caps to which the representative gave me suggestions to buy but when I went out and measured its a 1 inch pipe which apparently isn't standard so the suggestions won't work. Overall, this trampoline has provided lots of fun for my family, but the way the net attaches to the trampoline causes it to fall down regularly, and the attachments have torn and needed to be jerry-rigged in other ways to reattach. To be fair, we have some large teenagers playing wrestle basketball in there, so the net likely gets pulled on a lot, but I still wish it had a better attachment system. Also, please note that the basketball hoop must be set up opposite of the net opening onto the trampoline in case that doesn’t fit your configuration! ... show more

It’s not that this is a BAD trampoline. The parts are cheap (I ended up just my own tools), the screws strip easy and the poles will bend if you don’t use a rubber mallet to attach them. The springs feel cheaper then the ones from back in the day I suppose. The directions are slightly confusing. Not a bad purchase, but most definitely not the best ... show more

The trampoline itself is great but the Net system that goes around it really sucks. The way it’s designed to be anchored to the upright poles isn’t the best so they met keeps coming loose.

We were excited to get this for our 4 year old. Safety was a concern so we wanted a trampoline with a safety net. Unfortunately it can’t stand up to modest wind. We experienced 40mph windgusts in Nebraska on the regular so we never imagined the support beam would succumb to modest wind.
