It feels like a good quality polyester suiting material with liner. Construction looks good. As indicated in the pictures there is no shaping to this vest and it can look a little… rumpled on an hour glass or pear figure (like me). Not unusable, but it certainly will not hang as it does in the pictures if your bottom/hip measurements are the same or larger than your bust. Speaking of fit, the sizing is a tad on the small size compared to the measurements given. If you are in the mid-top of a given measurement range I would recommend going up a size. That is what did and it worked. I removed the star because of the sizing issue and because the color is somewhat off. The brown vest is a very rich and beautiful color… but much more red in tone than the pictures. I do not know if that is a monitor issue or not, but it was significant. It is almost a brick red type color, especially in sunlight. I’m not trying to match browns exactly, so that is ok with me.

This is gorgeous, hangs beautifully on the body. Fully lined and well made, even the buttons are well sewn and not the typical cheaper feel that most of us end up replacing. Could not be happier, not only did it meet my expectations, it has exceeded them. Especially at such an affordable cost. I chose the Fiery Red. I am almost always a size small. Because there is no stretch and a button up I decided to go up one size, ordering medium. For reference I’m 5’ tall @ 124lbs 34DD/27”W/36”H. I would say this is more what I would call Burgundy versus Fiery Red. However it looks like the Sellers photos, which is what I was hopeful of. As I was real close to ordering the Coffee color. Glad I took a chance. Fits me well with a loose flowing kind of feel. The hem is just above my natural hip bone or below my natural waistline. Perfect for high or mid waist bottoms. The armholes are fine, no bra showing. The buttons leave no gapping in between, which I can’t stand. Another reason for sizing up (for me). The color is perfect and just as I hoped! Great price for a nicely made Vest Blouse I will wear throughout the year. Easily worn alone or layered for that little extra needed for those in cooler temps.

Really good formal vest. Got it size Small in Beige. I am 5'4 110 lbs. This is very baggy on me. Its a nice vest, fully lined, with 5 color matched buttons. It has no pockets, so it would be somewhat simple to take in the waist if you are a seamstress. No fabric belt at the back to make it slimmer. Got this to use for a costume. It has a really high crew neck closure. I plan on altering this slightly. Overall, good value for the money and looks nice even with no alterations. Just really baggy.

I've never worn vest shirts before but wanted to try it out. I didn't realize this was polyester which I don't like. It's very uncomfortable. This vest, unfortunately, will most likely not be used by me because of the material. It's also a little big on me, I'm not sure if I'll even be able to pair it well with anything, especially because of the size. I got a size large so I think a medium would've been better. It's just as pictured, I'm just not a fan.
