I relied on the reviews to help me choose pj’s that wouldn’t be too hot. Even a bunch of websites recommended this specific nightshirt to help keep you cool at night. My experience so far has not been positive. Unless the interior temperature is below 66°, this nightshirt did not “breathe” and in the middle of the night, I ended up having to take it off. I really waffled on how to rate this nightshirt. I was going to give it 3 stars, but then I settled on 4 stars. Yes, it is very comfortable, and fits true to size. You may never want to take it off! The material is really soft and just super cozy. Does it provide a "cooling" effect? Not for me. I sleep really hot, and was excited to find this. I did not notice any difference in my hard-to-regulate body temperature while sleeping in this. I just can't justify the price point for this. Yes, it's a comfortable cotton blend, and I LOVE the fact that it's a v-neck. I just can't sleep in anything else, I feel choked in crew necks, so always search out v-neck items.
