I relied on the reviews to help me choose pj’s that wouldn’t be too hot. Even a bunch of websites recommended this specific nightshirt to help keep you cool at night. My experience so far has not been positive. Unless the interior temperature is below 66°, this nightshirt did not “breathe” and in the middle of the night, I ended up having to take it off. The price of this nightshirt made me pause but then I thought, you know, if it really does keep me cool, it's worth it, right? As we age, sometimes my bed gets so much hotter at night. It's not always night sweats and sometimes, it is. But to have a nightgown that is designed to keep me cool would be awesome. It doesn't stop the heat but I don't feel it!
