It cost me lots of money when I missed out on a reserved time at an attraction, was stranded and couldn't call an Uber because it pooped out. I ended up having to buy another at a reputable local company for 2 1/2 time the price. I wish I had never bought this cheepo SIM card, the Customer service was a joke. This is an Indian company and they sent me confusing and misleading emails and didn't respond in a timely manner. Save your money and your sanity. Get one from a more reliable source. ... show more

This esim is awesome and it has awesome support. NOTE that if you purchase through amazon the esim takes up to 24 hours to set up, so set up early or purchase from tsim direct. Works in all of 5 countries we visited across the service area. Occasionally the esim got "stuck" for a period of time, but i think this was my phone not unlocking and reset the connection when network carriers changed. I used the physical sim card version and had no problem in Denmark and Norway. The data speed is great. I highly recommend it. I quickly depleted the allowable data. When I tried to refill the card, I ran into that the refill plans are for eSim subscription. I contacted Tsim and was asked for Amazon order no. and Sim card serial no. After that, I was asked to provide a screen print of data roaming and APN setting information. I gave up refilling this Tsim card and went out to buy a new card. All in all, it is a great traveling sim card but need to plan ahead of the amount of data needed unless your phone supports eSim. ... show more

I recently traveled to Europe and decided to give this esim a try. I would not use it again due to the issues I had mainly in the UK which it stated it supported. Here was my experience: Reykjavik, Iceland - 5g and worked pretty well at the airport London, UK - Worked 1 out of the 3 days I was there. The day it worked it went between LTE and 5g. DId not work at all in Southampton (cruise port) Belfast, UK - DId not work until I switched providers manually and then only LTE Cork, Ireland - Worked ok and went between LTE and 5g I'll be in Spain and Portugal in a week and depending on how it works I may update my review. ... show more
