Quality: Excellent craftsmanship. I built an oak desk with my grandfather (carpenter) 20 years ago. I needed something bigger, but didn't want to sacrifice craftsmanship. I went with this desk, and I am glad I did. Assembly: The parts are all clearly labeled with extra pieces just case. The predrilled holes actually match up (which was a very nice surprise). And the drawers are already installed (also nice). Space: The pictures I posted are at a 0.6x zoom, so its capturing more of the room than a 1 to 1 ratio. That is to say, this thing is 5' by 5' and PERFECT. I have plenty of room to maneuver, and I'm 6'2" / 200 lbs. I've still got two more shelves to figure out what to place on them. Other Thoughts: The wiring isn't bad, but as you can see, if the desk isn't pushed up against a wall, you're going to have some cords showing. There is, however, a cord holder underneath, and if the desk is set to around 30.5" high, you'll see where I chose to hide my plugs. Works for me! (Might I recommend velcro cable management straps - Lifesaver). The leather desktop is exactly what I was looking for - durable, soft, quality. The drawers on the left and right are about 6" deep x 10" wide x 2" height, so there's not a lot of space there. The middle drawer is much larger measuring around 12" deep x 16" wide x 2" height. Overall: After much research, this desk was the perfect fit for me and my office (10' by 10' room). I believe it was worth the price tag, and I expect to use this desk daily for the next 15 to 20 years. The Eureka support staff walked me through (via Amazon messages) all of the steps and provided me with anything I could need. 5 out of 5, would absolutely recommend. ... show more

This thing is flat out fantastic. If you can spring for it, do. It's possibly the coolest thing I've ever owned. I absolutely love it! It's sleek and gorgeous and works exactly as advertised. And it's incredibly sturdy and quiet. It comes very well packaged and isn't hard to put together. The only conceivable problem -- although it wasn't for me -- is that the drawers are quite small. It doesn't bother me at all, but if storage space is a priority, just keep that in mind. It's a wonderful desk. I'd give it ten stars if I could. ... show more
