I love the simplicity, cute/slim fit and ease. Better than the Apple watch in my opinion since I don’t need all the unnecessary features like text alerts etc. Also easy to charge and good battery life (I charge it 1x week)

I purchased this as a temporary replacement for my Fitbit that lost one of the pins holding the band to the tracker. For the price it does an okay job, but I have noticed a couple of things that are issues for me. The main one being the sleep tracker. I have noticed that if I wake up during the middle of the night for more than a few minutes it stops recording my sleep. As you can see in the photo I initially fell asleep just before 11 pm last night. I woke up at a little after 3:30 & it took me until probably about 4 to fall back to sleep, My cat woke me up at about 5:30 for her breakfast, and I was back asleep until about 10 am (1st time I got to sleep in quite a while as it snowed overnight & I didn’t have anywhere to be ). The tracker did not record any of the additional sleep, so it shows I got just under 5 hours, when in reality I got about 10 1/2 hours sleep overnight. The second issue I have is that the app doesn’t show how much charge is left on the tracker nor does the tracker itself display what the level is & a couple of times it has just shut down on me in the middle of the day because it was completely out of charge. ... show more

I messaged the seller and all they did was send me instructions on how to charge it and want pictures. They do not stand behind their product. After several messages back and forth I give up. I love this Fitbit watch and have had it for three years and nothing has broke. It is super good at charging and stain alive for a long time. The battery life is so good I love it and it never acts up.

I like the watch itself, I bought it for myself because I have very small wrists, it does the basics of what I wanted. HOWEVER, the app to go look at all the things has an ad everytime I open it ( at least the 1st time) and I have to click in to get into the actual app, doesn't seem very kid oriented there. I've had other fitness trackers and none did this, I know this was cheap so that is probably why, but still taking off stars because I HATE things geared toward kids that have ads. Also if you're not seeing your steps for previous days, make sure you're syncing it regularly, it will catch up, just looks like you did nothing. I'm also not a fan of the way it charges but I know lots of others do it this way too, again the watch does what I want and seems to function well, I got what I paid for because I didn't want to spend $100, for $20 it seems well made and it actually fits my wrist even though I'm on the 2nd to last hole. If they fixed the app ad junk. I would buy this for my kid when her arm is a little bigger, she always wants to wear it. if you're kids won't be using the app in think it's a great watch/ tracker. the ads aren't inappropriate but seems to be clothes and junk, you do put your age in so I would be curious to know if those go away if you're young enough. I am often tired in the daytime and was looking for a fitness tracker which could tell me about my sleep habits. While that's a feature of this one, it doesn't do it...or does it quite poorly. Some nights it doesn't record my sleep. In the morning, it insists that I have woken up at 7:47 am every day that I didn't get up earlier. It also states that I'm falling asleep much later than I know I am. The not recording my sleep issue is vaguely acceptable as it states that if the tracker is poorly positioned, it won't track sleep. The time I fall asleep is vaguely acceptable as it states that it may take up to an hour before the tracker can tell I'm asleep. (Although, it's often more than an hour after I go to sleep that it starts calling it sleep.) But that it consistently says I wake up at 7:47 makes me doubt the accuracy of all the rest of it. A person doesn't always know exactly what time they fall asleep, but they know when they wake up! The heart rate monitor is kind of wonky as well. They state that it is within 20BPM of your accurate heart rate. So, when I open the app--which gets its stats from the tracker--the heart rate line is shown moving crazily between 50 and 70 BPM. I either have arrhythmia or the tracker decides to be inaccurate from one moment to the next. Finally, the steps counter. Now, this thing isn't an exact science. There are times when I am carrying stuff and don't get credit for steps because my arm isn't swinging. There are times when my arm is swinging and I get credit, but I'm not taking any steps. However, this morning as I got up from bed, went to the bathroom, came back from the bathroom, wandered downstairs and over to the couch (a journey which I know to be at least 60 steps), I got to the couch to find out the tracker had given me credit for only 10 steps. To be fair, I personally don't care; I bought this tracker primarily to track sleep and secondarily to track heartrate. One nice feature is that the app lets you customize your step goal; the default is 10,000 steps. The watch will vibrate and play a brief, cute animation if you reach your goal for the day. I don't like pulling apart the wristband to charge it; I always feel like I'll break the charging part right off trying to get the band back on, but fortunately, it only needs to be charged about once every 7-9 days.
