We use this product both for cooking and in salads. The only draw back this time was the cap and the bottle thread do not easily match up while closing. The cap seemed flimsier.

I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. We were at an Israeli restaurant in Boulder, CO and the olive oil on the table was so good that I asked the waiter to bring out the bottle. I took a photo of the bottle, and initially was only able to order directly from the supplier (vineyard? - IDK what the name for an Olive Oil farm is) in California.
